I’d never buy an Envo bike again. The battery doesn’t last long and the support service is terrible!

So is the max weight capacity.... 120kg? 130kg? 140kg? From the manual: "2.11. SAFE OPERATING CONDITIONS 2.11.1. CARRYING CARGO • Always make sure that any luggage or child seat is securely attached to the bike and there are no loose cables. Carrying a load requires getting accustomed to. Is the seat height adjustable?

I love my Lynx 20. Hopefully there’s room for improvement: - The display/screen case should be more rugged with a large lip/case (or something) so that the screen can’t be broken by the bike while folded (it’s a pricey replacement). - The front light needs to be mounted on the handlebars. Currently (on the basket) it’s a hazard at night because the light doesn’t go with you in a turn. The light ONLY shines in front of you if you’re travelling in a straight line. It’s disorienting. - The light on the seat would be better wired in and should be mounted on the back of the rack instead of under the seat. If you carry items on the rack, you can’t see the light. Also, the throttle should be on the same side on all your products - whether it’s a bike or a scooter. The scooter is wonderful. I wish I could get exercise from it; it’s great for zipping around the neighbourhood. If you hit a bump though, anything hanging on the open hook will go flying. I’ve rigged up a velcro strap for now. Great products!

I changed my tire and now the bike won't turn on. I have the motor plugged in properly with the arrows aligned. It doesn't power up at all. The screen doesn't even come on. The battery is fully charged and there is power coming to the battery terminal.

I tried to buy one from your website...no luck? Tried again to buy one from your site to be delivered to a mud, sweat and gears bike shop in Alberta. Took my payment...then refunded it? Phoned the company directly to buy one...no luck? Told me i had to order through a local bike shop...no luck? Why do you make it so difficult to purchase your product?

Hello! Good morning, I wanted to tell you that since I wanted this scooter for Christmas, but unfortunately my grandfather passed away and he was going to give it to me as a gift. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us and I don't have the money to buy it.

You say in the video that it's good for search and rescue because it's strong enough to carry a lot of gear. How much gear can it carry? And is there a tow hitch on the back for a gear sled? Any mounting points on the handlebars for a basket of some kind? What is the weight limit for the driver? These are all data points that are not listed on the website.
