IRL you would immediately blow or severely damage an engine downshifting from 5th to 4th while still at the top of 5th. AC handles engine damage very lightly compared to IRL.

Yes, we are going to do it. But this days we where bussy on the real track, and we didn't have enough time to do a good lap, so we dicided to upload it a little bit late so we will be able to do our best lap possible, there are still some tenths of a seconds to improve our lap in Alagarve. Hopefully, we will upload today!

@@dESK02010 jump in the lfm practice server and run two wheels on the orange painted asphalt. RP will pop up an "cut" notify. you cant get your wheels outside the red/white curbing at entry, apex, or exit. def foresee ALOT of drive thrus for track cuts and made up positions because of it.

During race, it's imposible to warm up tires. But during qualy, we do some drifts to warm up rear tires. And also steering until full-lock to enduce some understeer and warm up front tires.

that's not iracing. you are supposed to activate abs. that's why it's there. and no it's not slower.

We apply 100% brake pressure only on slow corners. In this car, the ABS it's good enough to not loosing time

@@HYDRASimSports thanks mate iv done it. Really want to race nordschleife in LFM but says I'm missing car content after I download the car pack. Is this because I have to purchase car mods to be able to race?

The Nordshleife series is using Paid mods, so If you don't have the Paid cars installed you will not be able to join the server.

Yes, ABS was used in this lap!

If you got used to shift with paddle shifter it will be hard with the h-shifter untill you get used to it. The Mazda cup is a h-shifter in AC and i think that`s how it should be driven imo. I only use h-shifter. I tried to use the paddle shifter and i am slower like that.

To downshift? Use heel toe

@@HDRGamingHub​​⁠ I have the same problem, I use H shifter, but if it is faster with paddles I will train on paddles, I couldn't say what method is being used in this video, i don't see the clutch being used but i also don't see the time penalty for changing gears with paddles

​@@juandelgado5923I don't think is faster with paddles but you are getting less room for errors like miss shifting because you didn't pressed the clutch properly. I lost some races because i miss shifted too many times and i damaged the gearing. I will still drive the Mazda with H-shifter because i feel more connected to the car and i love to use h-shifter. In the video they are using h-shifter but you can't see the clutch because it doesn't show in replay mode. You can see the throttle lift when is up shifting in the video.

Yes, H shifter with Clutch is the fastest. (Used on the video)
