Mario Must Die Remix stage 1: Baby I'm Ready 2 Go
Yeah this hack's gone thru a few name changes.
Inspired by Adrenaline Rush. Level name is inspired by the Republica song.
At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to make clear videos anytime before releasing the hack, but I eventually decided "ya know what? Clear videos could still be helpful even for easier Kaizos and those who would still rather watch than play." And also just feeling eager to show it off. The video itself is tool-assisted but I have played each section savestateless.

Destroy them all: Mega Man X2 - Maverick's Last Stand (ported by Maxodex)

I'm so stoked to finally be able to play this! Are you planning on submitting this to the hacks section of SMWC? I feel like it totally deserves to be in a more visible place.
I don't think so, at least not at this moment in time.
I've seen how long MMD3 has been "awaiting moderation" and even if tool-asisted hacks are still allowed it's still kinda making me wonder (IIRC I can only have 2 hacks in the queue at a time, so submitting this hack means not being able to submit anymore hacks for who knows how long).
I always knew that Pokemon Scarlet/Violet was getting a third DLC

Dude this is so awesome! The move with the chuck and the on/off blocks at 1:53 was so epic, same with the mario land fire flower setup right afterwards. The final room with all the thwomps and death waffles looks super fitting of a final castle. I'm so excited to play the finished product!

Took me a little bit to figure out how I wanted to answer. Mid-to-late 2010's me: "Love it, insanely creative" 2020's me: "It's alright. The fact that there feels like remnants of a design style that feels outdated to me, I'm inherently not as proud of it as something intended for RTA play."
@@sokosmw6646 yeah i feel you. hard to do the same thing for so long especially if its tedious
@@Kaitri even if I try making something that I consider to be "the low end of tool-assisted Kaizo" there are inevitably some parts that look easy enough to do RTA and I'm like "wonder if I might as well have made the whole thing with RTA in mind" and it just feels kinda inconsistent.

final kaizo levels are one thing, but *THAT* final level is in a league of its own nothing else comes close
Looks awesome! I like that simple platforming room at the end after all the more complex stuff in the previous 2 rooms. Is there anything to prevent the player from going back along the top of the first room to retrieve a yoshi if the shell hits one of those blocks?

I see new profile picture. If both are the same type of object, why is one glitched?
No clue. Not sure if it has anything at all to do with the power-ups patch or if I did something that I'd think shouldn't affect it but does. Or if I can't figure it out, just brush it off as a glitch in the virtual simulation. Also got kinda tired of looking at the previous profile pic and wanted it to look more different from my other channel's profile pic.
