I'm pretty sure that bandit chiefs level with you up to level 45. I'm pretty sure the only enemy that can reach max level is Alduin, but only if you do since he has no level cap unlike Harkon, Miraak, and the Ebony Warrior.

New Vegas Deathclaws are only scary because they swarm you and can basically teleport .Fallout 4 Deathclaws are not pussies who jump you , they respect the 1v1 .

Yeah once your fully levelled with heavy armor and two handed weapons (as an orc) your pretty much untouchable and the game is super boring lol well it’s not hard at least…its never really boring

Yo lads. I dont know if nexus mods still have the mod but if yes try "rigmor of cyrodiil. Its a insanly.well.done mod with hours of new gameplay and even a large portion of cyrodiil created by the modders. Just make sure you save more often in cyrodiil vecause that part back then crashed sometimes
