We have a dash cam in each of our vehicles , my around town sedan and our 4WD which we use around town but is also our tow (caravan)vehicle …….so valuable in all sorts of situations both in town and on the open road . We have submitted to police and checked on situations when in doubt about situations . So valuable ……..great insurance .

I understand the gripes with the trundle draw, however as someone who uses this daily, a locking slide and lid on these is nothing more than pure utter frustration.

We had a great time at Lorella Springs not sure if it’s open but worth it if you can get in.

You should have gone into Doom City (Doomadgee) it would be an eye opening for you. From Burketown to Hells Gate was called the green highway in the day. And KFC was a great spot for fishing.

Boat Harbour Camp next place west of Parrys Beach. Beautiful place with hot showers and power. Best place I've ever stayed.

Great video guys. You mentioned that you were all on your own in the last camp, who was the person standing by the river in amongst the trees as you drove in. Gave me a bit of a fright 🫣

A great part of the country. In 2019 there was so much river sand banked up as we came into the crossing and we could drive across rocks to near falls. It is a gorgeous spot. Great drone footage! Leichhardt is pronounced Like hart. 😉

Had friends stay there and saw a saltwater croc there, i wouldn't swim anywhere up there, after floods the salties could be anywhere, even that far inland. Burdenkin Falls Dam is nearly 70klms inland and there are large crocs in there (signs everywhere too)

Great video BUT I have read reviews that say there are fresh and SALTWATER crocodiles in that water. I was nervous for you lot watching it.

Hi guys, "Leichhardt" is pronounced as "Like hart" as in Ludwig Leichhardt the explorer, after whom the Sydney suburb is also named. We hope to do the same trip maybe August/September.

Surprised you're using a garden hose with your filter instead of a blue food-grade hose. The rubber lining of the garden hose makes the water taste blechhh to me.

We first drove the Daintree in 1985 to Cape Tribulation , 2 years after the dirt road was cut through the rainforest leaving the debris along the sides and a lot of people up in arms due the destruction of the forest . Next time was 2007 an oh what a change but by our next visit in 2017 commercialism had taken over . Just enjoy yourselves .
