• AMA refers to toxins that accumulate due to poor digestion.
• Chronic inflammation is linked to improper food combinations.
• Fruit should be eaten alone for optimal digestion.
• Honey should not be heated to preserve its properties.
• Dairy and fish should not be consumed together.
• Cooked and raw foods require different digestive enzymes.
• Protein and starches should be kept separate in meals.

    A doubt : If gluten is bad then how come millions or even billions of Indians eating biscuits n bread even brown bread.. n chapati which is being eating 3 time a day hv no problem with their gut..

    • @dr.shivanigupta
      @dr.shivanigupta 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That's a relevant doubt. In India, for quite a long time they did not have glyphosate, or the level of pesticides and insecticides that are now being used in modern day times. Many people from America report they can go to Italy or Europe and eat all the bread they want without problems, myself included. I think it is going to become more apparent as people test organic vs mass produced grains and gluten what they can actually tolerate, and what actually inflames them.

      @dr.shivanigupta Thank you for the reply. In India, even in the modern times, it's same diet .. n I don't see most of them struggling with gut health.. M saying this bcz I m usually a gluten free eater bt my gut is _gutted_ with issues which i m trying to reverse bt can see many 3-times-a-day gluten dieters going abt just fine..

      Hi, it isn't possible to give custom guidance here through comments. I would recommend seeing an Ayurvedic doctor in your city. Ayurvedic practitioners have a completely different approach and methodology to handling inflammation, and it will be customized to her dosha and inidividual constitution. For me, I lean into turmeric first when it comes to pain and inflammation.

      I hear you. :o) I try not to take away things we are incredibly attached to. I'm ok if people source good clean mold-free coffee or mushroom coffee and don't overdo it, the bigger problem is the sugar and creamers with chemicals. So I'm not trying to pry coffee out of people's hands, but I do encourage all my clients to cut sugar, reduce chemicals, and replace some of their caffeine needs with alternatives to coffee.
