I have known Utkarsh Sir since 2018, and I would say he is one of the best teachers. The way he teaches is absolutely different from others. He is punctual and takes his work very seriously. The quality of his work is amazing. I worked with him during the COVID period, for 2-3 years and before assigning any work, he made sure to give us time to understand it, which I don't think many lawyers do. But he is exceptional. He was the first lawyer to pay me well for my work. A big thank you, Sir, for my first salary. He is the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met. He is definitely one of the best lawyers.
This is such a heartwarming post. Thank you for sharing!

This is how a legal podcast should be mix of court affairs, legal insights and life philosophy. Also utkarsh sir while giving reference to books looks intellectual as well as when he spoke about money and duty towards client he seems very humble and noble person.
Thank you for the detailed feedback. We are truly fortunate to have hosted Utkarsh!

What an incredible conversation! Utkarsha Sir’s clarity of thought, combined with Shrutanjaya Sir’s insightful questions, made this episode thoroughly enjoyable. Loved the references to books by Nassim Taleb and Malcom Gladwell! I was so engrossed, I didn’t even realise that the episode was nearly two hours long! Way to go, Law Vaarta!

Amazing podcast. Please keep this series alive and consistent.
Thanks Raghavan!
So refreshing to hear Abraham's non- traditional journey! We get indoctrinated into this idea of a linear career trajectory in law school itself, making many of us are too afraid to veer away from the beaten path. Experiment to the fullest and be passionate about whatever you do - you only live once!
Thanks so much for your appreciation. Abraham's journey is truly inspiring!
Very helpful!
Glad to add value!
Well let me share something with you all. I'm a recent graduate from a tier-2 National Law University. I could have got a corporate job if I had pushed a little but I decided to pursue my passion and choose litigation. Now here started my tryst with the sad reality of this profession. I applied at several chambers and almost everyone asked me to apply again with atleast a year of PQE. Now how the heck do we get the PQE. Now I question my decision to do this. It has been more than 3 months and now I have even stopped applying. I am thinking to prepare for government examination now. I haa a decent CV and I was even shortlisted for few corporate placements at my university. Man this profession is really hard if you don't have any godfather in this profession.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience.
What is PQE?
Amazing content !
Thank you!
Should I pay my law school fees to Law Vaarta?
