Subaru Justy Snow Drift and Engine Fail!
bra video . Min webastor på yetin har slutata att funka. verkar vara samma model. fick du en felkod eller startade den bara inte??
Takk!😊 Jeg fikk «flame out eller no flame» og heater unit locked!
When there is nothing to do on my own cars I watch videos
mix diesel in fluid film it i be thinner and creep better. Then the diesel evaporates in a week or so.
Very nice, planning to do this job too on mine, may even go for the 280mm disks. Where did you get all your parts?
why... dear God why?.... Would you disassemble it without de-greasing it 1st? other than that.. great job man..!
Nice job, mine is ev where should I get the part from? EV not much part for it.
When are you gonna do the rear brakes?
wow, nice sets of wheel rims you got there mate, cheers from Indonesia😊
Thank mate😁
We're u using heat as these are the same style as min and there are solid
Cool video! I like your Stiga Snowfræser!
Thanks! Looking for a snowfræser with belter!
@@Fredholm2 bæltefræsers are great. I blew up my Stiga engine last winter, gonna brøyt with Ford 3000 now👍
This is a styline Deluxe not a BelAir
Where are you from
I’m from Norway:)
Man kan virkelig se på hvor lidt jeres biler ruster, at I ikke bruger salt på vejene som i Danmark og Sverige. Man bliver helt misundelig! 😅👍
There not galvanised or at least well done like Hondas like I always thought then. I guess your set on the blue paint and boxer sound you paid all that money for? I had a few scabs under the wheel arch liners and a bubble on the rear boot flap of my w203 and have pulled it apart and fixed it and was worried. Wow. I’m good
What about vacuum booster (sorry for my interpretation)? Without it pedal pressure will be hell strong before good braking.
Have one of these engines in my mk2 jetta but the engine isn't so happy
Love the MK2s. Twas my childhood car. 87 GTI, 2 door. I own an 88 GT, 4 door.
Where do you buy your parts?
Autodoc/eurodel and folkevogn.no (Norwegian site) and meca. Think everything in this video is from autodoc
Cool video, woukd love to see more of the justy
Thanks!😊 The parts i powder coat at the end is for the justy! So more justy content soon!
imreally looking this complete engine
Nice work, put plastic cover before tappet cover, why silicon on the head...nice work
Looking perfect and easy to make it❤
The gas is HHO2, or "Brown's gas".
Thanks for clarifying! 😁
I love electrolytic process, have restored a fine engraved GEDORE toolcase that belonged to my grandfather without harming the engraving. WHat I like best is it doesn't harm a molecule of good metal. it is a line of sight process so better to have some sacrificial rods in each corner.. or you will have to keep turning the piece once in a while
That sounds like a very good use of electrolysis! Thanks for the tip, will try with one rod in each corner next time 😁
@@Fredholm2 it is so easy, I don't even fuss much doing it, even works with cheap bicarb of soda in the water. I use a filled old kitchen rubbish bin... best leave it outside while working to stop the hydrogen gas tarnishing your shiny stuff around the house/workshop.
beter results if you degrease parts first
Where did you get the chrome window trim?
Was like that when i bought the car:)
I use a wire wheel but thats painful and messy lol
I've got my fair share of wire wheel use myself 😅
You can use the GTI oil pan gasket with Crank Scraper I believe, I have one on my mk3 2.0 block.
Fantastic job and video!!🤗
Thanks mate!😁
Passat b5 ❤❤❤
Where’ve you been ??
Beautiful🔥
1.9 TDI 💪💪💪💪💪
What is the color code of the golf?
Beautiful Passat ❤
Thanks!
256mm?
Yes 😊
Nice job. very clean work. After driving, do you notice a difference in acceleration, and any difference in the corners on bumpy roads due to the higher un-sprung weight? I'm in the process of doing this, and I weighed the calipers and rotors i have they are a 3 or 4 lb heavier in weight. I'm going from 9.4" solid rotors to GLI-and-others-spec: 10.1" vented rotors
Thanks mate!😊 To be honest, I don't really know. The rims I put on are quite heavy so they make a difference anyway. Will get some lighter rims this winter, so I will update you then, on how it feels!
Well done friend and thanks for sharing, I love MK2 golfs, maybe because I used to drive a 1986 two doors in alpine white in mid nineties what a lovely car❤
Thanks you
you forgot to dress the crankcase
Please, rebuild my engine
3 things dude. 1. dont lock the cam pulley the way you did aluminum is soft. 2. Where is the splash plate under the cam cover , definitely gonna leak. 3. never use silicone of any kind anywhere near where theres petrol ... hope you primed the oil pump before you started it.
Just a heads up try not to use gasket maker on cork gaskets or any gaskets usually makes it more prone to leaking. Should seal perfectly without it unless the oil pan or rocker cover is warped.
What manual are you using? I bought a dune buggy which appears to be the same engine so I’m trying to find a service manual and any info on what parts I need to get.
I used the Haynes manual for the golf mk2😊 The engine code on my engine is «EZ» 1.6. Good luck with your buggy!
Wheel bearing is a perfectly valid description here. Need a bigger hammer though usually.
A bigger hammer is often the answer 😅
Hello, is this braking device compatible with 14-inch rims? Thank you.
Hello! Not sure. I run 15 and they are pretty tight fit over the caliper😊
Absoluteli compatible with 14-inch rims. 280mm from PG engine is not compatable with 14-inch rims.
Bom dia, Excelente trabalho, quando você vai instalar no carro?
Thanks!😁 yes i have in a later video!
Not measuring crankshaft journal diameter or connecting rods ID? Assuming you have the right dimensions and bearings is a big risk when you have the engine all the way down like this and you doing this much work
Perché "mediocre" ? The rust is relentless !great job
