Shopping at Lal Bazaar, Gangtok

This is last of the 3 part series of Exploring Gangtok. We are in the famous Lal Bazaar of Gangtok Sikkim where we indulge in some shopping. The market has fresh produce and is open on all days. There is no fee to visit the Lal Bazaar, and it remains open from 8 am to 9 pm on all days. The vegetable market (1st floor of the lal bazaar) is usually closed on Thursdays and on Sundays there is a haat (farmers market). Where many farmers come with all types of fresh organic produce. The hustle bustle of the market is quite a sight and a must experience when you are in Gangtok.
