I don't know how to launch it in VR mode, everything is ok, the controllers are visible and work in the test (video 5:30) but you can't launch the game in VR, it's only on a flat screen like a movie and controlling the controllers doesn't work. The game doesn't start because there's no reaction to the "B" key, only the spacebar on the keyboard.

Making a mod for unity 2021.3.35f1 and I followed this guide (th-cam.com/video/QrfL_pqeTvQ/w-d-xo.html) to set up vr, but nothing shows up in the enabled vr devices in the build settings.

Thank you for making an easy-to-follow video! I set up everything like you stated, using a 3070ti and Quest 3, and I'm only getting 48fps and 120 latency. Do you know what I might need to change? :(

wish I could gt this to work :( I don't know if the 2.13 update broke the mod or what, but my keyboard and controller do not respond, and my game runs on a screen in front of me, instead of in VR.

Wow, with these tips I managed to get rid of the annoying jitter issue on PSVR2 when turning the character, it's so butter smooth now, even with High settings. Characters moving sideways are still laggy, but I can mostly live with that. I still get crashes on using quickhack too many times in a row and such, but that's likely unrelated. Tack så mycket!

I have a high-end pc got it to work for a little but just keeps crashing can't even get into the game. I modded other VR in other games just fine but Luke Rosses stuff just doesn't seem to work well it crash constantly did everything in this video spent hours YT videos ask for help did what people told me to do but just doesn't work I don't recommend i will save you 10USD

Why turning off TAA? Doesn't make sense, TAA is way better AA then FXAA, even with some ghosting, even in VR.

if you are on Windows 10/11 and the game does not start in VR - check if you have Windows 7 compatibility mode enabled for the game .exe file, if so - disable it.

Its been 2 years, but im losing my mind, the game won't load in my quest, it just keep saying "Loading" while the game in the pc already opened

Does this work with luke ross mod?

Running an RTX 3080 I noticed the frame rate was under my expectations. After putting up with it for a half hour or so I noticed I still had all the ray tracing options enabled. Turned em’ all off and now it runs smooth as butter and is easily the best looking Vr game I’ve ever played.

Does this tutorial work for the Rift S as well or is it only compatible with the Quest 2? I'm trying to mod an existing VR game to work with my headset

for anyone out here wondering if this is worth the effort.... 100% my game went from a choppy mess on low settings to being able to get 86fps stable on high settings in VR. Makes the game so much clearer. Thanks so much dude!!

If anyone has their fps locked at 60 you need to change the option on the real vr tab from 1/3 to 1/2, i forgot what the option is called tho

Thank you for the tutorial! Before, it was unplayable in vr. But on my Meta quest 3, I see things pixelated/unclear/unsharp. Is there a setting for that or is it my meta quest 3?

QUICK TIP if your screen starts to blink (on your pc, not vr) turn off ssao. Then you can actually record, or show your friends vr, without having the old tv blinky bars lmaoo

Do you know how to remove that black bar on the top right? It happens to me to and it’s annoying to crop the whole side, for that top thing. Great video tho!

If you are used to pop-ins in Skyrim VR or Subnautica VR and they don't bother you, like for myself, Hitman 3 shouldn't be a problem.

In this mod developed by Luke, during gunfights/while pressing L2, do you still have to aim with your head, or is it possible to aim with the controller's gyroscope while still being able to move your head to move the camera without moving your weapon/arm at the same time? If not, does this mode exist elsewhere? Can it be integrated into Luke's VR mod?

Hi! I'm using a 4090+13900K+64GBDDR5 rig. I set resolution and all settings to ultra and use Luke Ross VR mod. I get 100ms latency, that gives me a headache when turning in the game. Tried any VR mod settings and also any game option settings, nothing makes a difference. Could anyone please tell me what I do wrong? Thanks!

Don't personally have VR but this still caught my interest. Very useful video, will definitely comment on it again if I ever do decide to make a VR mod
