    It's good to get people thinking about ways to limit income tax. Unfortunately, US citizens pay taxes regardless of where they choose to live. However, there are legal ways to limit the tax. If you live outside the US for a certain percentage of the year, the first $120K earned is exempt from tax. You can also claim a portion of foreign housing and foreign income tax as deductions. Be sure to have a tax pro check everything. The amounts and percentages can change!

    Awesome video guys! Being just out of debt I don't think credit cards are good! but I get that it can help some people. I personally don't think using credit cards improves your life. Already have a revolut card because I'm getting paid in 3 currencies and crypto. Looking forward to the next vid

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and congrats on being debt-free. Great milestone :)! How have the options with debit cards been playing out for you so far?

    • @seviperix
      @seviperix หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Wealthy_Nomad Well, you don't have a lot of bonuses. But you can track/budget your money easier as it enters and leaves your account. I think particularly that the point system is rigged cause the credit card company has to make money somehow and the Intrest rates on Amex cards are insane IMO. But might just be because I'm not very well educated in that space.

    Key takeaway: Chase credit card reward points. Bonus: US cards advantages and using that for your ads expenses. 🤔 What are the fine prints? Especially with US credit cards, especially as non-US resident?

    • @Wealthy_Nomad
      @Wealthy_Nomad หลายเดือนก่อน

      Leveraging U.S. credit cards for rewards, especially for advertising expenses, can be highly beneficial. Fine prints always depend on the specific card issuer/provder, no general rules. But for sure you have to understand the "rules of the game" in the US and "play" that game. More on that to come :)! What's your current card stack? Or what have you been using so far?

      @ I'm not at all playing that game. Using Revolut with the most basic card. I saw the RevPoints a long time ago but didn't activate it… and I didn't thought about that anymore and spent tens of thousands lately, doh! 😞

    Key takeaway: Become a closer for coaches. I love also what you said about choosing the right coach and that therefore closing becomes helping these prospects. 🤔 How to find coaches with high-ticket programs that are looking for closers? And how to convince them you are the right closer for them, while you never did that?! How can I check if I could be a good closer?

    • @Wealthy_Nomad

      Great takeaway! By focusing on finding the right coach to align with makes closing feel more like helping than selling. Your question will be answered in a future video. Keep your eyes open for the next one being published :) By the way.. have you thought about which niches or types of programs resonate most with you?

      @ No idea! Especially as I've no idea what exists, which ones are available. But I'm sure you'll talk about that too, soon 😉

    Get a credit card with good travel rewards and pay for as many expenses as you can on the card to get free travel. Also always pay the balance in full every month so you don’t go into debt.

    Biggest takeaway is that if you give yourself 30 days to clean your house it will take you 30 days. So setting a goal of 30 days to learn a new skill is all about mindset.

    So my take away from this video is to pay for everyday expenses in order to generate reward points to be used for airline flights and/or hotel stays. You can also take advantage of card bonuses, such as spending a certain amount over a period of time in order to earn points. This depends on the promotion being offered at the time!
