Hello and welcome to my channel!
This channel was created to share mi passion for modelling with all people interested in in this beautiful hobby.

I am not an expert, you are always a beginner in this hobby, every build is a challenge and a learning, meaning that your comments are always welcome if they are kind and respectful. Please help me to improve and support me during this starting, I hope you enjoy and relax.

Beautiful work 👍👍👍
Thank you very much for your comment.
Looks like a italeri rebox with some new parts
Great job. I am doing a gripem D now and felt relieved that you encountered the same issues as I did in the same places.
Thanks for the comment Emerson. Yes, it is not an easy kit, may be anoying for some people when results are not as expected.
Great job.
Thank you very much David
Fantastic looking brilliant build thanks for sharing.
Hi Steve, many thanks for your kind comment
Nice job friend but i have to say is the first time i see an ejection seat with arm rest, i have built some f5 from kinetic and had a lot of fitting problems, had to use a lot of putty and sanding..kinetic is not as good as i thought, many problems for a small model
Thanks for your comment. It was definitely a bad idea to divide the fuselage into 4 parts, no matter how hard you try you will have a gap.
Amazing!!!! the diorama airfield is custom made ? or i can buy one?
Thanks for your message. The airfield is custom made
Great work!
Thanks a lot!
Lovely build, I have this kit in my stash, I will use your excellent video as a reference when I come to built the model. EE Lightning aka 'Frightening,' an ejector seat strapped to two engines! Still indecently fast even today, I bet a Lightning would smash most modern fighter jets in terms of sheer raw performance ie climb to altitude. I read an account a few years ago by a Lightning pilot who was on the east coast heading south. He saw a dark coloured aircraft some distance ahead, so he accelerated to close it down. As he started to catch up, the aircraft opening up and started to accelerate at an obscene rate of knots. The Lightning pilot went with it and engaged full reheat- still the dark aircraft continued to pull away.........SR71 Blackbird! Probably the only aircraft capable of out accelerating the Lightning back then. A real shame the RAF couldn't have kept one airworthy for air displays, a truly iconic machine. I have a DVD about the development of the Lightning and Roland Beaumont is interviewed at length. He provided an anecdote about a Saudi air force pilot who was sent to appraise the Lightning. Beaumont advised him NOT to engage reheat on take off for his first few flights, just use dry power. Captain Hamed had other ideas, he took off using reheat........He reached 28,000 ft before he even managed to retract the undercarriage! Beaumont had warned him, "Things happen very fast in the Lightning and it can easily get away from you." Hamed didn't use reheat again until quite sometime later after his first ''joy ride!' :)
Thank you very much fornyour comment and the stories. I knew about the Lightning capabilities, but didn't hear about those stories. I hope you enjoyed the video as much as I enjoyed the building. Cheers mate
11:25 It also appears it also does not have a sensor pod for Pylon 4, a pod like an LDP (AN/AAQ-28(V) Litening) for example. You can see Pylon 4 at 12:38 on the opposite side of the gun.
Many parts are missing to make an accurate version. Maybe these errors in various kits led to KH disappearing, it's sad because they also had many pros.
Bonne et heureuse année à vous
Merci beaucoup, bonne année à toi aussi.
Repackaged hasegawa kit😮
It was actually made in Korea, it doesn't look like a Hasegawa either
Great video and work. I´m taking it as a tutorial guide to my own Mk 71 / FGA 9 model. The Hunter served well in Chilean Air Force (50 years). I do hope to honor this plane, making such a good job as yours. Kudos!
Beautiful job on the plane!!!
Thanks mate!
There's a proportion issue between the pilot's nose and his head too. Drinker's nose for sure!! 😂
Probably!
Terrible model, instruction were photocopied, poor and confusing illustrations. Fit was poor, detail was nominal. Tamiya is second to none.
The kit is not so bad, but you are right about instructions.
Very nice 👍✈️
Many thanks
10/10 bro.. you get out of it what you put into it... you have endless patience! 👍✈️
Thank you so much...
You are an expert builder and finisher, I hope you are still at the bench, even if not doing the videos. Greetings from Pennsylvania.
Thank you so much Dave, I'm still at the bench but with less time for videos. One day I will be able to catch up
Thank you so much for your comment. It was a long time ago, but I can recall that the grey used by the armé del air is not common in the model paints, it took me some investigation and time to get a simmilar mix of greys. Sorry I didn't take note
Wow! You are incredibly good.
Thank you very much Roan
Nice build✈️🇳🇿
Many thanks
Merci beaucoup!
2:32 I'll never forget how much filling and sanding I had to do to that poor pilot just to get him to fit in an enclosed canopy, 19 years ago too sigh.
I just prefer to leave him outside. The proportion is completely wrong
@@erniesmodels2087 that's often the case with most pilot figures, hence why most companies don't offer releases with pilots figures at all
Nice work - good decision to leave the pilot out 👍 A tiny point - you've fitted the control column the wrong way around... 🙂
Thank you very much. You are right, the control column was in the opposite direction. I was dryfitting it and left it till the end along with the ejection seat. Unluckily, I miss it when glueing it in the interior of the fuselage.
Merci beaucoup
A remarkable build from a terrible kit. I admire your stamina to see it through, great job - Dane
Thank you very much Dane.

Thank you Yohan
I was wondering if you could fit those R550 Magics on to the wings of this model somehow, well done
Thank you very much Sufian. The pylons are included, I used reference photos for the location
@@erniesmodels2087 oh I see the same pylons for the Mica missiles but you just just mounted them on a different station?
Bonjour vos vidéos sont vraiment sympa à regarder superbe réalisation

Yes, absolutely. Happy modelling...
I did the Airfix 1/48th kit recently as a tribute to my dad th-cam.com/video/J6BkKluX47M/w-d-xo.html
Very nice👍
Thank you very much
4:21 nice work..!
Thanks mate!
What a outstanding build! I subscribed your channel
Thank you very much. I recently discovered your channel and builds, and you are in my list of favorites.
@@erniesmodels2087 Thank you my friend, I have build plan kfir c10 as well, with New kinetic kit. This video will help me a lot too.
Wow!! The detail of your builds is truly amazing. Your selection of aircraft is great too, you just need to add an F104 to it. Not to be too picky but FYI your header text says ‘aircrafts’. The plural of aircraft is aircraft. Beautiful collection
Many thanks John. I am not English speaker, I didn't know about the plural of aircraft, thanks for that as well. For your information I have a Kinetik 1:48 F-104G on the bench right now. It will have german markings of the JaboG 34. After this video I added a Mig-23 MLD, a Gripen a Hawker Hunter and a Kfir to the collection. Pandemic helped a lot...
Beautiful build and the extra detailing you have done really enhanced the model. Congratulations. I have been trying to find this kit (at a reasonable price) for sometime now. I believe Airfix stopped producing it back in 2015, this is really hard to understand as the aircraft is so iconic. Love your model
Thank you very much John. Yes, I also think they stopped producing it. A new tooling would be a complete success, too many people love this aircraft.
As many say considering it's age this kit can be made into a smart model. The main undercarriage is a nightmare so study some good walkround views on the Web and get the leg angles correct as well as the position of the small undercarriage doors and top leg support. Why these faults haven't been corrected by Airfix over the years baffles me although I haven't made this featured F1 kit, the latest version. Perhaps the faults have. Like Ernie do a little homemade detailing of the wheelbays and cockpit. I've made four in recent years with one still waiting in the stash. Great post and construction, keep up the good work.
Dejar Ken, thank you very much for your comments.
