@@janetf3377 I think we used cash yeah, if I remember correctly it takes bills, coins and cards. Always a good idea to have the cash since some cards get declined or are not accepted at all. If you're going to be driving all over Portugal also make sure to have cash for the toll checkpoints, those didn't take any of our cards, we had to use cash only. Either bills or coins of course, both work.

Correct! I use Sunny Isles as is more commonly known by all Miamians. Sometimes when I mention Eastern Shores people can't quite place it quickly since it's kind of tucked away behind the Intercoastal Mall.

Key West to Jacksonville or vice versa, via I-95 or US-1 would be quite the FL East Coast trip.

@@rcbtarchives1436 Avenida da Boavista (Boavista Avenue). From Rotunda da Boavista where is Casa da Música (Music House) to Castelo do Queijo (Cheese Castle), Foz do Douro. Is the longest Avenue straight line in Iberian Peninsula. Also the City Park, near the end of that Avenue is the bigger in Portugal and the world unique with an urban front and a Ocean front (Atlantic).🍀

I'm from Australia and am considering doing a Portugal road trip in August but I'm nervous. I've never driven in a foreign country before. Is the driving there dangerous?

@@ForeverBennett To us it didn't seem dangerous at all. The highways are really well maintained and city driving can get challenging in some narrow parts of Porto and Lisbon, nothing dangerous per se, just be careful and cautious.

In this video I was driving a Ford Focus 4 Door Hatchback, I think it was a ~2019 model.

Didn't know that bridge but just checking it out on Google Maps I see we didn't go that route. I'm disappointed too now that I know I missed it. Next time I guess, thanks for the tip!

@@alloutnutrition3446 Depending where in Portugal you want to take it but like in most European cities, the older / historic parts of the city are always tighter. I think you can still make it with s550 though. Best of luck!
