Judit Polgar v Anatoly Karpov Hoogovens Netherlands 2003
Hi people, today we are travelling back 21 years to 2003. To the chess tournament held in Hertogenbosch Netherlands at the Hoogovens Essent Energy company.Four grandmaster contenders are playing a double round Robin event. Judit Polgar is playing Anatoly karpov, who was the world chess champion from 1975 to 1985. In this game, Karpov blunders on move 24...Qc5 ! Polgar sends a Greek gift 25.Bxh7+, then it's good night Vienna, as it quickly leads to checkmate, which I have taken it to as Karpov resigned on move 26...
Judit Wins the tournament with 4 points while Anatoly karpov came last with 2 points .it's a great game.

At last, a bag for my Square Off Grandkingdom chess board in the UK
มุมมอง 5714 วันที่ผ่านมา
Hi people, just a short video .As my Square Off Grandkingdom board is rather large, it really needed a bag to store it in .Particularly,as the plastic playing surface could easily get damaged .The box it comes in won't fit in a standard 60mm cupboard, and although Square Off makes a bag to fit , it's not available in the UK. So I looked for a company to make one for me .I found Bags 4 Everythin...

I'd like it better if the capturing piece moved first and then the captured piece moved off the board. That's the way it happens most often in real life, I think, and would make things easier to follow. I also didn't like the drums in the beginning. I mean, I like drums in general well enough, but I don't at all associate them with the game of chess, which has roots going back long before the snare was invented, and is an elegant game when played at the highest level. I'd prefer you stick to the kind of music which accompanied the game itself.
