I will say not completely. Only reason being the position of the weight & the kind of weight. So, as you can with dumbbell positioned and lifted this way as in this video, arms are under working likewise the core. Then talk more the quads. To cut the whole story short, the entire body is under unilateral tension just by this position ing.
My local gym has all the same equipment as yours, even that same flooring
