Black Ops 6 just killed MWII and MWIII
COQ HQ which is the app/launcher that runs Call of Duty MWII and Call of Duty MWIII has just updated in preperation for Black Ops 6's launch.
As feared, this has rendered the offline multiplayer of both MWII and MWIII completely useless, so much so, that you can not access it at all.

If you are going to play Hogs of War, make sure it's the PS1 version. Many people don't know the PC version is far inferior as the enemy pigs don't actually move in the PC version. If you want to play on PC, play the PS1 version on an emulator. T he campaign is the best part of Hogs of War but it does have a great instant action mode for up to 4 players with A.I as well.

This game is extremely average, it does have 4 player split-screen though. but with only one gun and a handful of maps, it's a bit of a snooze to be honest.

The conversion kits are a pretty neat addition to Call of Duty allowing you to adapt your and use some of your favourite guns in a different way.

I really love the new genre of 'survivors' games that started with games like Vampire Survivors. Yet another Zombie Survivors is still early access, but I thouroughly enjoy it and they are always adding new content. A very cool and fun game.

The animations on Medal of Honor are just so awesome, I wish more games these days would do exaggerated death animations. being able to shoot a germans arm and make him drop a grenade after he picks yours up is such a cool mechanic for it's time. But the German Shepherds even pick up your grenades and take try to run at you with them and you can often get them to run back to a soldier and kill ...

Playing with bots in this game was a joke to me. I played against veteran bots, and they could see me through walls like, what? Plus, the bots all use the same weapons 😭. It's so boring, even when you're playing against bots.
In bo3 can you use camos on multiplayer offline like gold diamond or other ones?
Ok so first question you can simply conect your playstation to your wifi right? In second place i think the real problem is not having a progression on multiplayer without having ps plus (camos and progression)

I wish I could just have an in person, face to face interview with a CoD developer and explain to them how I play (offline) and ask them why they're crapping on us. I'd happily pay $80 for a fully functional offline CoD . . . don't they want my money? Because nothing will turn me into an online gamer. I just think they need to hear from someone with sway directly who wants a proper offline mode. It's not me, unfortunately.

So I guess this is the end for CoD offline bots going forward? Really sucks when online always is sucking away more and more offline support for games, especially ones that used to have it. Black Ops 6 with bots if they were like Cold War's with killstreaks would have been fun. For the record I did just try my copy of MWIII offline (Ethernet pulled before starting my xbox series x) and the launcher for Cod let me choose offline mode, then I chose MWIII from the launcher and chose its offline mode and was able to create a custom offline pvp bots match with any weapon and map. They must have pushed another update to restore functionality.

hi my friend I officially tested black ops 6, I wanted to warn you and your community that I regret this purchase, quite simply because to play zombie or even test multiplayer you need a PS+ subscription. I am disappointed and disgusted with black ops 6 for me the zombie is a solo experience and does not require a subscription like vanguard and all the other old franchises. I discovered in your video that they blocked all offline features for MW2 and MW3. I'm really sorry for you, I hope this won't stop you from continuing to make content. 🙏🏽🔥

I played these when they were new lol.

I’m playing Modern Warfare III multiplayer offline (without internet) and I’m able to play local multiplayer. I turned off my wifi on the PlayStation 5 and then restarted the console and loaded up Modern Warfare III and I was able to play as Makarov nemesis skin and I didn’t even buy the vault edition. I don’t have the campaign installed though.
@@Rikky-B yes that's the bug/glitch you have to uninstall campaign to do this. We shouldn't have to
It seems like there was a minor patch today that lets you play mwiii local multiplayer now but mwii is still entirely inaccessible

@@shaun_the_sheip2775 then they should give consumers a CHOICE not force it. And MW2019 and Cold War are 250GB each. Black Ops 6 with full local files would still be that size. They shouldnt FORCE it on consumers.
If you bought these games as sold, with the intention of offline gaming, then pursue a refund.
I installed MW2 on my PC and I can't even get to launch it. Activision won't let you play what you paid for. That's how bad it is. Nice decision at the end 😂

For this MAIN reason Offline must be a thing in every fkng game : *Game Preservation*, when the game will DIE, You will be still able to play it. Most of AAA titles are online services, you don't own the game you are RENTING it for + $70/80.

Tbh, I am not surprised that they did that, Activision has been warning us for a long time now that call of duty is now a complete live service junk, I knew it would affect MW 2 & 3 as well, activision wants complete control over how we play our own games, They are the new Ubisoft, & it’s only a matter of time before other companies start following suit, EA is going down the live service path too, Battlefield 2042 is just the start for them Here we are close to the end of 2024 & gaming has significantly changed a lot for the worse, we no longer have ownership rights whenever we buy a video game, companies want to destroy anything that has anything to do with offline compatibility & now they want to have full control of games that we play, This has gone too far, the golden days of PS2, PS3 & Xbox 360 is gone, kids today will never be able to explore the golden era of gaming anymore, our games are literally being murdered & companies have no shame in it 😢
Wow, that is just sad... Thank god I decided not to buy this crap anymore. Think I rather just stick with the old games.
