wow this is excellent, and what are the chances of finding it :) I guess it follows my interests but this really is for me a need. to calm and bring back internal movement. qigong has expanded and emerged somewhat physical because of the vast number of forms (atleast for me). I appreciate this for supporting my health and likely my friends/family whom I share it with.

Very sorry to disappoint you. I was asked and agreed to support Agave Farms and Urban Development here in the Phoenix area. They asked me to give some back ground explains bit about what I would be demonstrating. Part of Taoist practice is slowing down and developing a patience in a world that wants immediate gratification. I wish you the best and thank you for your feedback. Thank you Greg. 🌵🐉♥️

"no quiero ser grosero, pero....." lo seré, porque tú me obligas a serlo".....nada relacionado a la libertad de elegir, la libertad de decidir por uno mismo, ( el libre albedrío) permite elegir también ser grosero o no serlo. Antes que buscar que el mundo nos dé lo que queremos, (nada realista) es mejor iniciar la búsqueda de la libertad personal.

To claim that these exercises are attributed to Damo is a bit far fetched. I know of the "Shiba Lohan Sho" (the eighteen hand of the Lohan), the I Xinchin Fa (the muscle and tendon changing method) and Maybe the "Baduanjin" ( eight pieces of brocade" But that's it. This is just your own concoction. Non of these look like anything that is portrait here.

Always willing to learn. Whose Damo? The gentleman, master, physician I learned them from is a multi generational Taoist family of physicians. These come from original text of the 12 Alternating Nerves. Taoist Internal Exercises we’re never created to be shrouded in mystery they we simple, effective movements, proven to provide benefit to all mankind. Be blessed Sir!

@@davidking1448 "Damo" is a Chinese abbreviation of Buddhist monk who came from the West (India) to China in 500 b.c. , "Bodhidharma " (Dharma"), who was the founder of these Shaolin practices.
