UCLA is stacked with talent and they are among the top but there are so many that are 2200+... Rachel Sung and Amy Wang are also on the team as well, amy just wasn't there for the tournament.

A new USC graduate student Jinxin Lu could be the strongest there at the moment (though USC and UCLA didn't meet in the divisional event). His level is 2500s. He used to be a player of Shandong Luneng provincial team.

I would honestly love to be able to show matches from every NCTTA tournament… do you know anyone that can record matches in 60fps with optimal angle for me?

@ I usually record my matches. But I’m not 2000, but I can try to record other player that are like 2100+ playing another 2100+ at 60fps. But it would have to be when I’m not playing then I have the time to record them.

It goes to show that you don't need to be really strong on both sides to be a high-level player. If you watch SZG's other matches, his main strategies involve setting up his forehand and then hitting forehand till the opponent dies. It's not at all a secret that his backhand is the weaker side but he still manages to play very well despite this.

Ya. They put every other match on table 1. You can watch it on the usatt TH-cam channel. The guy draws a crowd.

nah defensive style is so beautiful to watch

He definitely seemed taller than 5’10 but I admittedly really didn’t take that great of a look. But when he was talking to benedek olah he didn’t seem small like everyone else does.

Kou lei looks to be 2588 by the rating central standard.

I think he’s like around 2200 2300 rating central ..2500 players for example Kay stumper , Daniel habeshon , Filus , I think he can’t beat them now
