My headcanon is that James and Jessie started their own fashion business begining from the internet after their journey with Ash and Pikachu ends. Meowth realises that he was not actually in love with the female Meowth that made him learn how to talk instead he was gender envying her and wanted to be like her for years. So she's now living her life authenticly. Jessie tries to go into the contest business again and ended up slaying and snatching the crown. James on the other hand decides that he's born to do drag and goes into Drag Race Kanto and even tho not winning he wins the all stars season.

How is James dressing as a Rose of Versailles character relevant to Pokémon Adventures? I dont follow the thought process there. Where's the "we kick up our legs so you will buy our eggs" German maiden outfit? James did a good job as Oak, even got the age lines. The "damsel in distress" outfit is also Rose of Versailles. Who's the character who pops up in that part? I feel like Pokémon was at its most mainstream during the era where James was crossdressing the most.

I like the ballet costume gender swap, but the moltres costume may be the most iconic for me personally. (Especially because of the cheeky closet quip)

The Sabrina episode is probably one of the most psychedelic and surreal experiences I've had in my childhood and I will carry that uneasy feeling with me forever.
