My sister and I are also very different - she is a fixer and I am a protector of my peace. Eventually the toxicity will bleed into your own personality, so be careful with "fixing" people. The best fix is your absence, they will lose more friends and LEARN. I hope you don't learn the hard way. This is hurting your relationship with your sister and I understand her pain, this friend can easily manipulate you both, she's in a 'powerful' position. Please be very careful. And you cannot 'fix' someone who sees nothing wrong with their actions, in fact you are showing support/validation for mean behaviour. You might even find yourself 'enjoying' the gossip/meanness. Toxic people will manipulate you while you keep excusing the bad behaviour, their good side is part of the manipulation! I'm talking from experience. 🤍 Protect your PEACE.
