How much water to we ACTUALLY need to drink each day?
While water may not be as enticing as trendy beverages like iced mocha cappuccinos and matcha teas, it is an essential component of human survival. Therefore, determining the appropriate daily water intake is crucial.
The National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine have suggested a daily fluid intake of
- 125 ounces (3.7 liters) for men and
- 91 ounces (2.7 liters) for women.
However, these figures are merely a starting point as various factors such as an individual's size, metabolism, location, diet, physical activity, and health impact their water requirements. Additionally, approximately 20% of daily fluid intake comes from water found in food rather than consumed from a glass. This wealth of information may seem overwhelming, so let's break it down into smaller pieces.

What is the Promotion Stage of Cancer?
มุมมอง 3.9K6 ปีที่แล้ว
Cancer develops in three stages: initiation, promotion and progression. In Professor Campbell’s analogy in The China Study, he says that the cancer process is roughly like planting a lawn. Initiation is when you put the seeds in the soil, promotion is when the grass starts to grow and progression is when the grass gets completely out of control, invading the driveway, borders and pavement. It i...

What is Abduction and Adduction?
มุมมอง 58K7 ปีที่แล้ว
Adduction is the movement of a body part toward the body’s midline. So, if a person has their arms straight out at the shoulders and brings them down to their sides, it is adduction. For fingers or toes, adduction brings the digits toward the center of the hand or foot. For example, if a person has their fingers spread wide apart, bringing them together would be adduction. Closing arms to the c...

Thank you for the wonderful video, so is it easy to source golden flax? How to know the difference between it and seasame seeds, please?
It’s funny I would eat two slices of cinnamon raisin toast daily for 2 years to help with bowel movement but I’ve noticed dizzy spells when I would go for my speed walk 90 minutes later after doing so I could never put my finger in what was causing it I stopped eating cinnamon raisin bread and the dizzy spell stopped
CINNAMON IS THE MOST HEALTHIEST THING ON THE PLANET WE SHOULD ALL BE THANKING GOD THAT HE MADE CINNAMON
Some people can't even consume 1 tsp, causing extreme digestive problems and even symptoms of appendicitis
Thankyou so much
Thank ❤
I used to put a shake of cinnamon every day in my coffee. I quit putting it in and lost 4 pounds. I used Ceylon cinnamon.
You forgot it has DHEA to
What does that stand for?
Thanks for a very succinct and informative video. I'd been puzzled about the difference since I first saw the golden flaxseed at the grocer's. The increased omega-3's of the golden looks to be significantly better than the brown (nearly 25% higher). It's enough for me to consider trying the golden and perhaps alternating purchases every few weeks.
Don't use ceylon
I will snort only one line of cinnamon per day and 8oz of rum a day. So don’t get liver damage. 😂 and one Pepsy/Cokecola a week. Which is the most dangerous of all. 😂
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP
Yesterday I started a week trial of cinnamon tea, using half teaspoon cinnamon and green tea, for belly fat loss. Yesterday around 2pm I started to feel unwell and a little unwell, as if I was coming down with something. After watching this, I think it was the tea. I will see today if I feel the same. It was advised to drink plenty of water during the day, which I hadn’t done yesterday
Very helpful, Thank you❤
During one week I have take 200g of cinnamon, so my right lower stomach is paining
You ok
Thank u Dear everything has side effects when you will use more dosage but if u are familiar how much grams can use the cinnamon as its powder?
I just drank some cinemon tea , I am having a allergic reaction , headache, nausea….
"adults shouldn't consume more than one teaspoon of Cassia cinnamon per day, as it may cause or exacerbate existing liver problems." Thank you.
Thanks for sharing this 🦋
Thank you for your research.❤
Thank you!!
Even water is not safe if taken in excess. It is always better to do your research and find out what is the right dose of any compound just like medicine before starting. Great video
I like to chew pieces of the sticks because I like the taste and it helps me concentrate like how people chew gum to concentrate.
I use 1/4 teaspon of Ceylon cinnamon in my coffee everyday. Thx
Diseases that cinnamon treats: kidney pain liver diseases cirrhosis tachycardia lung diseases heart diseases decreased brain power stomach diseases --- My conclusion from my research and personal bad experiences: Grind the cinnamon bark into powder, boil it and drink it. Do not swallow cinnamon powder directly. Think twice before eating a plant directly. Plants may contain bacteria, fungi and mold. When some plants are boiled for a long time, toxic substances pass into the water. If you eat such plants directly by swallowing, you can get poisoned slowly or quickly. My personal belief: I do not believe in the claim that cinnamon is harmful. Cinnamon is very healing, but it must be used correctly. Warning: Cinnamon can interact with medications.
No one ever died from too much cinnamon. Most people who do take cinnamon (for diabetes) will typically take 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon during their entire day. TH-cam today is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the big pharmaceutical industries to promote disinformation..... rather than to honestly help people with diabetes. Human Health Pro's advice on cinnamon is as useless as SH#T!
Cinnamon made me so sick even in small amounts, so be careful
WTF! how boring🙄 on and on, get to the point already...🙄
Thank you
Blood suga and tha liva.
Thanks for your. contribution
Moroccan sardines is tasty 😋
Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you for this valuable information.
1 tsp cinnamon a day -- this is HUGE. Not needed.
Keep it under a gallon of cinnamon per day.
Thank you.GBU
Still not as bad as sugar . ,,now there is a villain lurking in most foods that really messes with your lovely liver....hidden in most processed junk...🤮 not to mention stinkin vegetable oils ...a little cinnamon is ok ..👍🍵
There's two different types of cinnamon the most common type is in you're grocery those are the bad types of cinnamon. The Ceylon cinnamon does not have the same types of chemicals in it and it will not cause will not cause damage to your liver
What about cinnamon sticks you're talkin about cinnamon powder the cinnamon sticks you would stick in a coffee when the coffee is brewed it gives it that coffee flavor with the cinnamon so how do you figure how much is by using cinnamon Styx
Cinnamon is heaty and hence cannot take too much. Same for tumeric and ginger.
I'M addicted to having cinnamon in my coffee l use 2 heaping tablespoons maybe a litte more it makes my coffee taste great and the cinamon gets left at the bottom of my coffee cup and I eat with a spoon I just love it , I'm type 2 diabetic and l can tell you this cinnamon cassia does not lower your blood sugar because if it did I would not be diabetic I know that the Ceylon cinnamon is the only kind of cinnamon for lowering blood sugar.
Buy from the health food stores not grocery store. Organic
Small amount of cinnamon powder mixed with warm water makes my sleep very well. 😊
Hi, I think it's time as a whole we start demanding and yes pay the government in regulating and safety inspecting, along with standardizing supplements, herbs and spices. With the world turning to TH-cam and false or misleading information. There is too many of us getting sick, feeling unwell and yes even dying from we are "told" is good for us and any illness we might be suffering from. We have become a nation of misinformed and mislead people, for a number of reasons, And eventually it will kill us. The government has no issue telling us what we can and cannot do in our homes and lives but REFUSE to get involved when it comes to helping us not need them? INTERESTING! I think it is time we asked them to step in, sure charge us, collectively, and lets find out if this vitamin or that herb / spice really does do what "we are told" it does.
An herb prescribed by a doctor... Maybe a naturopathic doctor but never a medical doctor. A medical doctor (MD (alopath)) would get drummed out of the business if his sponsors ever caught him suggesting a natural remedy. MDs represent large pharmaceutical companies (Big Pharma) and they don't look kindly on their agents steering their customers to other (cheaper, more effective) remedies. What did Jesus say? "Satan does NOT cast out Satan." The whole disease kingdom would fall apart if MDs started recommending natural remedies.
2 teaspoons to a tablespoon of cinnamon and a half pound of hamburger is awesome tasty
The funny thing about having low blood sugar, is that it's a symptom of too much sugar in your diet. Carnivores which or what humans are, don't have low blood sugar even for not eating after weeks
Consumption of any plant material, in excess, is toxic to the body, so don't worry about the cinnamon and just stop eating most plants
Most of the cinnamon sold in the supermarkets, here in Brazil, is Ceylon cinnamon. Cinnamon can be pruchased much more cheaply on the internet but these sources don't usually declare the type and this much cheaper cinnamon most liekly is cassia cinnamon.
