Sure miss the sound that Metallica once had Jason made it so real I had a pioneer stereo system and 150watt speakers you could really hear Jason's bass playing my speakers would rattle the windows plus all few joints didn't hurt. Take care Jason.

For Whom the Bell Tolls at Woodstock 94, Jason absolutely destroys the place. The intensity, the tone, the effort, and the energy Jason never gave any less than 100% for the fans. I suspect the hazing was so bad because the other guys knew that Jason was way cooler than them and a genuine badass while they were pretenders.

So... No mention of the Grammy performance of "One," where Jason's backup vocals for "DARKNESS," and "LANDMINE," are still echoing in those walls today?

I been a fan of this band since the first time I heard them in 1983. All three bassist brought something special to the band. Jason had some really big shoes to fill when he joined Metallica and he did not disappoint, especially live. He brought so much energy to the stage, and is responsible for some great tunes as well( he doesn't get enough credit for that).
