As we go higher and higher, the ground water should be lesser and lesser. I am not talking about snow melting into water. Why do water sources always lie at mountains?
How come water sources lie high on mountains? Logic tells us that water should be found at ground level or deeper to ground level. Water always flows from high altitude to lower altitude. So, water should start coming out of the Earth from the lowest attitude. This does not happen. Instead, water comes out of the mountains ? Someone please enlighten me.
