Definitely pda tendencies there. Thank you for doing your part. I am looking forward to her book I heard she is working on. Her early track r word girl didn’t age well but is about all the things bully’s said to her and her bully experiences in her life as a kid and teen she had been through and my heart breaks for her. People constantly taunted her.her retaliation whether sober or not was going to happen at some point with how people treated her. • @jaseman
    @jaseman 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I think you can reduce this list down to just 'Go for a walk in the countryside'. You will already be breathing during this activity, taking time out to relax and taking a break from social media. As an autistic person, you likely have no friends you can speak to. If it is a long walk you will be tired and will want to go to bed earlier, and probably sleep better too. I'm not sure saying 'no more' is going to help - since people don't listen to you (As an aspie).

    • @robertjohnburton9775

      I agree neurotypicals seldom listen to aspies, however that should not deter yourself from speaking to others. Afterall, you don't need a lot of friends, a couple who can keep up with you is enough. Walking is the best way to reduce stress, I stride out when the world is hurting and most times come back feeling better.

      I love following your videos to find ideas where to go for swimming since I do not have a car or a driver's license. I don't trust Warrandyte since I'm always rights that it has the worst drownings in all of Victoria. I did hear of one person from Greece who swam in the Murray River in his full tracksuit and did drown after he didn't know how to swim even if he was in budgie smugglers.
