My wife and I were on this same cruise exactly one year earlier (May 2022). We've now been on five different cruises and this one is our favorite. While there, we even went on a whale watching excursion and actually saw some whales! Also, we really enjoyed seeing so many awesome Bald Eagles. We plan to return to Alaska next year for our 50th wedding anniversary.

Sailed Koningsdam in September 2024 and the Blues band was awesome. They did repeat their song lists towards the end of the cruise however.

Andrew, great job. I hope you take us along on future journeys. My wife and I did an Alaskan cruise 23 years ago. I had two impressions based on your video. First, my has it grown since then and Juneau's docking area was HUGE. Second, how much of the glaciers we have lost because of global warming. It's sad, but still stunning to see. Thanks for sharing your travels and buds with us.

Great video, Andrew! I loved it! I’ll be sailing the Koningsdam on Aug 26 for the same cruise and I’ll be in room 1008. I was wondering if it was noisy in your room at night when the bands were performing on deck 2? Also, did you feel any motion sickness from being in the front of the ship? Thank you!

Great video. How did you end up with such nice weather? I went to Alaska on the Koningsdam (same itinerary) two weeks after you and the only sunny day was in Skagway.

For people who live in yarmouth , is there public transport that leads to the university of saint anne?

Nova Scotia has the second highest percentage of seniors in a province/state in all of North America the only one higher is Florida. It's beautiful out their but its quite ridiculous and proof our of failing system that one province has essentially become a retirement home. Oh well you guys have your waterfront homes and are millionaires because of the broken housing market that's all thy matters because it was what was important when you guys growing up making money being successful having more than your neighbor etc. Nowadays young people can't afford to even pay rent working shitty jobs like you did at their age and you guys call them entitled for wanting a living wage. Young people aren't support to have a future right we only exist to make you guys rich so you can sell our country out to the highest bidder. Thanks boomer, your generation single handedly took the biggest inheritance the world has ever seen after ww2 and squandered It so we can have McDonalds and Walmart. If only you guys had some vision of the future instead of immediate satisfaction and make me rich.
