Get your HEART RATE up and CORE shredded with this 20 min workout with ONE BENCH or STEP
You need one bench or step to complete this workout. You'll get your heart rate up a little but and we'll stay focused on building the core. This workout ended up being close to 20 min- let's make every minute count mamiis.

Hi there how you doing today I did the setups what's my legs up and twisting with the weight and I did the one planking with the weight on my back I got it to stay I enjoyed this TH-cam video exercise abs and core does it matter that I'm a guy I enjoy doing them I keep exercising because my wife passed away four years ago she had diabetes she was too young when she passed away I keep myself in shape I have borderline diabetes I used to weigh 245 lb and it took me eight years to lose the weight I weigh 142 lb and I'm 5'9 I really enjoyed this TH-cam video thank you you have a blessed day from Terry

The hardest thing about getting back into a fitness regime, especially after Christmas holidays, is just starting again. I am forcing myself to go for a small jog today and eliminating fast food and sugary snacks. Its a small step but it is the beginning 😊
