Hi Nada, is it typical to have to pay to go shadow an aesthetic nurse while bringing in your own client? I did not know there was a shadowing fee? I just want to make sure I am getting the good information from the NP I am trying to partner with. Sorry if the question sounds odd but I am new into the business so I'll take any information I can get.

I think my lips might be ruined first time i did needless then a month later did needle its been 1 wk since and my top lips is super bumpy still especialy if i smile and why when i have nothing on my lips they have white looking dots is that the lumps? SOS 😫 Are they fixable?😢😢

This is the best video on how to be an injector!! I’m an ER nurse for 12yrs now looking to be an aesthetics nurse by the new year. Part time if anything. Most of the injectors I know got on the job training. Which I’m having a hard time doing looking for someone to shadow but a coworker of mine is going your route so I’ll probably be doing my injections there until maybe I open a spa some day. How many units would you use of botox in the brow...?

The reason its temporary is because everything is. Life happens. Stress happens. And most people don't know how to manage and process stress well enough to avoid the facial tension that causes puffiness, wrinkles and nutrient blockage. Just like exercise must be kept up with in order to maintain and enjoy its benefits, massage and gua sha do work but must become a practice to keep up with the daily tensions and blockages. Or you can learn how to manage and process stress to prevent facial tension.

I know this was some time ago. Was it filler you used, or botox? Didn't see anyone that said what was used. Thank you!

You're amazing and informative. Every patient is so different and I love how you look at the strength of the pull etc. I want to understand the brow lift more. I understand the reasons for everything above the eyes but I am not understanding how a tox would lift if she was relaxing her brows when you chose the spot. I hope that comes out right. I don't understand but you obviously do so I am trying to figure it out. Beautiful job and clearly the patient was extremely comfortable with you...I would be too. Thanks for this.
