Heartbreaking Unboxing : The Morning After
I gave up breeding fish since shops wanted them for just about free. They buy from wholesaler's but want much less than that from me. Fishkeeping is money out not money in-ha.
this goes deeper than I expected! seasons, wave system and maybe snow? more people should see this!
This reminds me of the series "Tanked" but more or less tank building. Renovation of the tank, especially the care for the inhabitants towards achieving optimization at its peak is a great warm way to treat the fish and the tank well maintained!
She's gorgeous 😍
dragonfly stick their long abdomen on to something under the water surface to lay their eggs. I am already wondering for a while: if you put a fine net / grid on top of your ponds and high enough above your overflow (drill like 15 cm under top of ponds e.g. level net / grid), then dragonflies can't reproduce anymore in your ponds, right ? Or am I wrong
This is easily the most fascinating aquarium and/or terrarium I have ever seen! Not even at huge exhibition aquariums have I seen anything as cool
Wonderful video once again! Thank you for sharing our crazy buisness with others!
That torch at the end is amazing!
mini biota getting the recognition it deserves
Nice operation.
Awesome video, I am flat out with 100 tanks 😂 400 plus is crazy.
100 is no small feat! I have 5 haha. But I'll be getting more
Thanks guys
Is there much of a difference between emerald green shrimps compared to green jades?
Thank You
LRB underwater camera perspective was a nice touch Jimmy
This is just nuts! I need to see more!!!
how does a steakhouse keep such a horrid fish tank let alone treat those fish like garbage . if you can’t keep proper tank especially in a steak house then they don’t deserve to have the tank revamped . animal cruelty keeping those fish that way . they should be ashamed of themselves
In the US there isn't a single store that comes close. Not a single one.
Superglue🤣🤣🤣
@lrbaquatics, what is that endler at the 6:33 mark?
This is such an awesome project
very cool build, lots of possibilities, hope he can be a lot of it into praxis
Wow, ok. I've been wanting to achieve a system similar to this for a long while. My model was in (mostly) a single enclosure, and i hadn't considered expanding the water cycle into an active rain collection system, but i'm deeply deeply impressed by the degree of actually enclosed automation. One idea i did have was to establish an airflow system using solid state cooling and a loop of acryllic or pvc piping. Solid state cooling is fairly efficient, but not powerful - but in an enclosed space, just a slight differential will produce at least a very gentle convective current. By wrapping the pipes in a heat conductive material, sandwhiching the solid state cooler in between them, and insulating the entire assembly, one pipe will be cooled, and the other pipe will have the heat dumped into it. This will pull air up into the warm pipe and expell it out of the cold one. Potentially you could target this breeze to create permanent climate differences, or attach it to a rotating gasket, and turn it periodically to produce variation. I had however given up on saline water systems, becayse i was concerned that, over time, sheer foot traffic from wandering animals stepping on shoreline sand would, over years and years, shift trace amounts of salt from the saline areas to fresh areas and both dilute the saline systems, and poison the fresh systems. If i was to make a maximally diverse system, i'd like it to last longer than that. Even a single pipe's worth of connection between coast areas and fresh areas - and even with brackish areas between them as a buffer, would still have this kind of diffusion. The methods that our planet has to flush salts out of fresh areas and unto the ocea s can't be simulated on a small scale - at least not to my knowledge. Do you have a solution for this - or maybe i'm incorrect on principle somewhere?
Yes, I'm looking forward to expanding this system to eventually have an estuary between a freshwater and saltwater system. It will be designed to use the different densities of water, temperature, channel placement, and critically, a strong water cycle. I think it can be done but we'll have to wait and see.
That’s my cousin!!!!!! Omg bro so happy for you
Do you have Arowana fish?
so glad a pro youtuber found him, hope you did some media training as well <3
I've always wanted to have a set of tanks that represent a freshwater ecosystem running into a brackish estuary and then into a marine ecosystem.
That's a goal here too! There's a plan for how it will work. Just need the space to do it in.
Incredible highlight of this project! Thanks Jimmy! 🙌🙌
hope they gave ya some media tips too 😉
Thank you for having us Josue! Hope to get an update in the future! :) - Jimmy
Wow !
I always get my corals from TSC. I didn't know you had such an amazing facility. I wish I could visit it.
It’s amazing! When you visit Florida head over there, ask for Blaine! - Jimmy
As a longtime customer, when i had my reef tank Absolutely Fish is the best!
They are the absolute best haha - Jimmy
We need a hermit crab rescue that has this system!!
That would be so rad! I’d love to see that. He does have some hermits in there though :) - Jimmy
Cool
It’s very cool. Talk about thinking out of the box! - Jimmy
such a cool project. thanks for covering it. i want to try one but this is on an epic scale I can only dream of. Mine will be just a 2 litre jar and probably a disaster. the best part is there is no cleaning to be done or maintenance - you can’t 😂
Haha yeah, the cleaning would be a nightmare! - Jimmy
I have been keeping caridina shrimp for over 3 years and have had a variety of success and fails. But compared to my pleco tanks, they are so much easier to maintain. Especially if you like plants and moss.
Great video!
SHE HAS AN INCREDIBLY IRRITATING VOICE...
Probably the best Shrimp House in the world atm
"This shrimp room is probably the nicest shrimp room in America " Heck yeah brother I agree
Thats a lot of tanks, crazy
Fantastic video with beautiful shrimp. I’ll be ordering some of those tangerine tigers once it warms. Great B roll.
Would love to see the emerald green shrimp I love green❤
I’m sorry, it’s near the end but I didn’t get broll of it. Next time, I’ll get it for sure. I only had a limited amount of time there :) - Jimmy
@@fritzaquaticsvideo no worries Jimmy 💚
Jimmy! Glad to see you with Fritz. Hoping for many more vids Cheers, Chris
Hey Chris good to see you! We’re gonna have a great travel year! Stay tuned for videos - Jimmy

Whoa whoa, what are you doing here 🫶🏼🥹 - Jimmy
How do I get mine to grow up the back of the wall? It's been there for a while and it's just growing upwards. It's not actually attaching to the wall.
Wow, they certainly have come a long way in the past 7 yrs. Grant needs to come back to Denver and do another presentation. Now this is what I call dedication to your business/hobby. ;-)
great video!! awesome to see the shrimp house!
The Garden Of Eder has such an immaculate setup. You can tell he puts so much love and care into everything he does with his farm. Ive been waiting dor this video to come out for a while and it doesn’t disappoint!! You did such justice to this mans set up Jimmy. Keep crushing it the both of you two!
