I hate this CEO. Why? She inherited her role because Dad gave it to her because it's the family business. Ok, fine. She goes to University gets degreed up, but never steps into the business she runs until reality TV comes knocking offering money for her to dirty her hands in front of the camera. How can you not know the front line roles in the company in detail as the boss?? It's pathetic. As a Canadian, I will only support the Mandarin if this pathetic CEO is fired. Yes, she gave out gifts to her employees, but that's the show. It's the shtick. This is the problem with these big companies; the C level suite has no clue about their workers or the company they manage. It's just sad.

Thank goodness for those who take care of custodial work. It's sad how many people think it's okay to leave a public restroom or toilet dirty after they have used it. It's not okay, even if there are people who are paid for its maintenance, it is still not okay..

The bosses are set up to fail from the get-go. The people they paired up with have been doing their job for years so they know what they’re doing. He cannot expect the training to come in and do the same with just a few hours of training. However, I love the concept of undercover boss. It gives management a chance to see how the company is run on the daily basis by the people who are the backbone of the company. I know management from my company cannot do what I do, but I think management often forgets that without the little people, the company would not be successfulor make a profit. All or make a profit. All employees should be treated well. I heard Ding Tai Fung has great policies when it comes to employee wellness and benefits. Sharing profits with employees is a priority.
