Why Engineers Built The Impressive Burj al Arab

The 'seven-star' rating and prestige of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is a major asset to its position as one of Dubai's most iconic monuments and tourist destinations, and it contributes significantly to this. Burj Al Arab Terrace, stunning beaches, fine-dining restaurants and an expansive all-suite hotel complete the spectacular Burj Al Arab hotel.
But why was the Burj Al Arab constructed in the first place?. In the same way that Sydney has the Opera House and Paris has the Eiffel Tower, Dubai needed an icon of its own. So they built it. Do they need a reason? Definitely not. Can they make an iconic structure out of nowhere, Why not!
