@lifeoflonny we use everything until it dies, then take it to get repaired if possible. Nothing is thrown away unless it's beyond repair. Then we have men who drive through the neighborhood, and they are the scrap metal guys. I live in Central America... so nothing is wasted.

Lonny, I just recently found your page and have enjoyed watching you thrifting. It's quite relaxing. I'm a coach fan as well and even have the same coach they were asking 100.00 for except mine is a rich dark brown. It's a favorite of mine. I love my vintage bags but now that I've gotten arthritis in my shoulder I can't use them often. That Lennox pitcher was lovely too. I was thinking you were going to get it. I think it would have looked so lovely with some spring flowers in it.

The wood piece is the perfect find. Love it. I went to Goodwill today myself. I have been making bird baths out of colorful bowls and using the E6000 to glue to a vase. Some vases I am putting gravel in so it will not blow over.

Hi Lonny, I found your channel and now have the ‘itch’ to thrift. I live in Blue Springs so last Sunday due to cabin fever drove to your Goodwill. Did not find a thing! What that taught me was I have to visit the Goodwill here at least a few times a week to find a treasure. Enjoy your styling tips and your plate obsession, I have that problem too.

@candymarcase5076 Oh yes, Diggers, that's a fun store to shop. I've not been back there. I need to. I'm assuming their inventory changes often. Great deals there! There are also 2 Amazon bins stores in Harrisonville. You may want to check those out. May as well make a day of it. Let me know if you go, and what you found. Now I'm "itching" to go to Diggers lol. 😊
