Thank you. Just wondering, why does this reference image work for any type of microscope?
Because whichever microscope you use, 20x or 10x will be universal magnifications. The magnification of 20X in microscope 1 would be same as that of 20X in microscope 2. I hope this answers your question

Interesting question! I think it’s possible using conditionals. You can check out my codon search video. That might give you some idea. I will have a look as well. Thanks for the idea.

It will appear only if you set the scale bar at global in the previous step

You need to have a reference scale of 200X and you can follow this video. Unfortunately I don't have a reference scale of 200X

We are not changing the magnification. We are just changing the length of the scale bar. You can set it to whatever you want once you have the measurements down for any magnification.
