I assume theres an issue with the memory. That's why he's trying to do a memory reset. It may have lost its hardware configuration so doesn't know what to do. He looks like he connected to the PLC to check diagnostic buffer

Would be a lot simpler to add 1/3600 to machine run hours at each second clock pulse if the machine is running. Basically, one network of ladder.

Pulse per SECONDS = 1/ CLOCK HZ, So if you use clock hz 0.5 then pulse per second is 2

@@plcengine2997 because when i applied it to multiple motor it will stop counting and and when me start it. It will take the exact time of other motor that are running like if it stop at 1hr:30min:46sec and other motor running at 0hr:56min:34sec it will automatically take this
Sir , in my Tia v15 I can’t see norm x and scale x. only scale and unscale are available. Is there any other way to see those ?
Please recheck Instruction list. It must be there. Expand Basic Instruction , under basic instruction you will get "Conversion Operation" expand it. You will get SCALE_X and NORM_X.
sir, i also dont have it. not even when i expand the list. i use tia v18
