I set up my Fn1 for 3D Tracking. But it only stays on 3D tracking when i keep my finger on the fn1 button

Does the 85mm nikkor work on a z50 with an ftz adapter?

For someone that almost entirely sits behind the camera, I do appreciate the non-articulating screen of my Z50. I think it's much more useful and less cumbersome.

I hate that Nikon does not allow to have Subject-Tracking on default - but have to push to switch every time.

I have a TZ 70, hadn’t used for a year, now the control ring isn’t working at all. I have tried doing a reset and removing the battery, do you have any suggestions?

I do like that sensor and those physical buttons similar to the z30.

Great video -- love the set up. I'm going to try this tracking system in my studio. What color gray is the background? or what are you using for the background? It looks so good. I'm a still life oil painter and I'm always looking for a good backdrop for my easel and in progress painting.

With the collapse of the DSLR lens market, a lot of amazing lenses have become available at pretty decent prices. I recently built a completely new camera system based around Zeiss lenses. I bought a second hand Panasonic S1R, and with the Zeiss Milvus 21mm f/2.8, 25mm f1/.4, 35mm f/2, 50mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.4*, and non Milvus 135mm f/2 APO Sonnar. This is such a fun combination. Optically superb, and the S1R makes manual focusing easy. The one downside is the weight of the 25mm, 85mm which is considerable for primes, and is the reason I bought the Milvus 35mm f/2 over the 35mm f/1.4. I have considered buying the Zeiss Otus 100mm f/1.4, which is superior to my Nikkor 105mm f/1.4e optically, but I still use a D850, and the Nikkor has special significance to me, which means I would never sell the lens. *Bought new when first released.

You actually need to have a check box on "AF Subject detection options" to "off" if you want it to not use subject tracking when you have fn2 checked. Otherwise, when you press fn2 on your camera, it will use whatever your current subject tracking is... Essentially this is an "override" so if the box is not checked that setting is not going be overridden when you hold down the button.

Can I use SB400 flash on Nikon Z6 II

I'm falling back in love with my TZ80. It needs decent light. And I find the aperture range limiting. But it can get nice images and it is nice to use.

Of all the channels to come across when looking for details on this camera i found a fellos Geordie. Good to see some local shots on it, really good reference haha

I've tested this approach yesterday at an event, and it worked just amazingly. Even better than what I've used to on the Z6II (well, pretty much everything on Z8 is better than on Z6II). I like I can just jump back to whatever AF I had before. Thanks a lot .

I just bought a est900 arriving next week, only thing i went for the ladies version, its the same apart from the width of handlebars and the seat ,so i bought a mans seat ,keepingvthebthinner bars, bought a great lock new tyres and still 200 quid cheaper than the mans version 😁

That’s not a gimbal. A gimbal by definition is a device that balances or provides equilibrium to the weight of an object while also allowing it certain degrees of freedom. This is just a ball head that is detachable. It does nothing to balance the camera weight and requires the shooter to apply forces to remain stable. At best this is a misrepresented product and at worst false advertising. Go check out a Weberely Mh-100 or Lefoto mpg-1 which are real monopod gimbals.

Can someone help me I have a nikon Z6 ii and I bought an godox v1 pro n and is not fire up is in ttl mode but is not flash ?

I have also tjis tz-70 camera for some years. It is pretty amazing the pictures you get out of this camera. I use it also mosly for street photography in the black and White mode. If you can buy one dont hesitate.

I bought the TZ 80 last year - the very last one on Amazon and it was shipped from UK. As I am a complete newbie, I was not sure, if I had taken the right decision, but videos like yours are encouraging just to take your camera with you and try out new things. i selected the flash sync speed as 1/200 s 9auto fp) but still I cant increase the shutter speed beyond 200. what else i have to do?

You probably should have done a simple Google search first, or asked literally any experienced wildlife photographer for advice. It doesn’t balance your lens like an Arca Swiss and you can’t carry the monopod and camera in one hand or over your shoulder. Dumb idea.

I have the Nikon z6111, i have Godox V1 pro F, Ive tried this setting in menu , it still doesn't work or allow me to go past 1/200 without a black shadow across the screen.? Any thoughts?

Mine doesn't turn off upon release of the button. It's a toggle, which I like. My Z8 doesn't toggle, which I do not like.
