My Mega Drive has 81 games built-in. That's pretty impressive, but only about half of the games are actually Mega Drive titles. The remaining games are homebrew games. All my Mega Drive games are compatible. However, Ms. PACMAN has some compatibility issues. The controller inputs for up and down aren't working properly. And for some reason, King Of The Monsters 2 plays fine, but the music is much slower, despite the fact that it is a Genesis cart

I agree with many of your points. Switch is a great console and a great success. Wii U is a heavily underestimated console, it is better than many thinks.

Im curious if those "Firecore mega Game Expert SD carts" work on the American Atgames Sega Genesis classic 🤔. Seen on he atari age , people have issues running it on the American Atgames version

Wii vs Wii U

So I know how…good it is. I have the handheld variant. It is the same chip (I think) What I like about the handheld though is only as big as an iPhone 8, rechargeable, and has an AV out. No 2 player function however. There is a fix for the handheld to help with speed and sound. Plus the handheld has a SD card slot for (you guessed it) ROMS. That goes from meh to really awesome I also have the 2018 HD variant. That one is great, same idea with the SD card, that one will play every Genesis rom I’ve tried, including Virtua Racing!!

I loved how personality-riddled the Wii u was. The few instances where the Screen came in handy were REALLY novel and I swear it fit my hands a lot better than joycons ever will. The Switch has more and better games, esp. 3rd party and indie ones, but the Wii U walked so the Switch can run.

microsoft said the games are on backwards compatable are safe people are misinforming this issuse games like red dead is safe call of duty gears of war halo games mine craft is safe . elder scrolls is safe games that can be played on the xbox series s/x consoles are fine dont fall for this fear too miss out your missing out on gears judgment it the prequel too gears 1 before he met cole and bared so sadly that game is cannon too chronilogical order also get rams shadow too as well for the gears 3 dlc

Howdy Partner, started playing in MHGen on the 3DS and have all the 3DS monster hunter games but it wasn't until about a year ago that I had enough cash to buy other game MH games such as 3U for the WiiU, GU, World Iceborne, Rise Sunbreak (so I got a lot of catching up to do) Anyhow do you plan to get the mythical MH Frontier G (and the even lesser known MH Frontirer GG) for the WiiU. Not sure if these games areactually real to begin with since there is very little info about them on the MH side of things. All I know is that there is more info about it in the Fire Emblem Wiki of all things since it has FE Awakening Armor and Weapons in the game and with that I guess it's enough for me to think this game is real. Sadly even if the games do exist the servers are obviously long gone.

Can you just buy the tablet and games instead of needing the console too?

Didn’t realize sunbreak got a physical switch release Im glad it did, I want the physical version to have as much content on the cartridge as possible but I am slightly disappointed as it means my base game copy is suboptimal…

Monster Hunter 3 did suffer from the weapons being locked behind progression in single player, if you went online nothing was locked and you could craft many weapons much earlier than you could in village with the only weapon that was kinda locked away was Long Sword because you needed Great Baggi materials which were in 2 star online quests.

The original Monster Hunter has 2 different version you have the JP release and the NA/EU, the JP version is very different compared to NA/EU as they were doing a lot of rebalancing and adding a new weapon being the Dual Blades for Monster Hunter G (PS2), they took those balance changes and Dual Blades and released then with MH1NA/EU first while they were still working on MHG (PS2). MHG (PS2) released on the PS2 later in 2005. Now Monster Hunter G on the Wii was released way later after Monster Hunter Portable 2ndG (Freedom Unite) as it was to help move the player base over to a new platform in preparation for Monster Hunter 3 (Tri). Monster Hunter G (Wii) is a very interesting game as it is not a direct port of the game to Wii, many weapons were given additions to there move sets in the 2nd generation games, village was expanded with the ability to order food, send out poogie to gather resources from maps (including mining and some monster parts), the option for 2 control schemes (button controls from the PSP games and stick controls from the PS2 games), items in your box stack to 99, send to box option at the quest reward screen, additional box pages for storing items (increased from 3 to 5), and many fights balance was changed due to an oversight in the porting process (mainly to do with the bounce formula as it used the PS2's floating point calculations which are different than how the Wii handles floating points). Monster Hunter Portable was developed along side Monster Hunter 2 (Dos) with some features being shared such as the new armour for Bassarios, Kirin, White Velociprey, etc. As well as having a unique connect feature on the main menu for both games which unlock a few features in both games as you progressed through both for example it was the only way to access Yian Garuga who was only accessible without the connections many months after release through a very tough event quest (The Dos even has as much HP as Crimson Fatalis and it's a LR quest lmao). The connect feature and event quests were cut from the international release, with Yian Garuga being fully accessible in the international release and some event quests being built into the game. Separate from the history lesson (sorry for the giant text dump), if you didn't know MH1JP, MHG (PS2), and MH2 all have private servers now and English patches for Monster Hunter fans to enjoy. MH3 (Tri) also has private servers only for the NA and EU versions for now with the JP servers being worked on and the Tri team plans to bring MHG (wii) back online after they fully implement the few missing features.

This is why we need more physical media! Its so cool to go back and play the older games again. Massive hit of nostalgia

Nice collection so far! iOS is also a fun little fact to mention thanks to an official, updated version of Portable 2G/Freedom Unite appearing on it (though now impossible to obtain officially, unfortunately) Getting all the Frontier boxed updates will definitely be a task, it also had some appearances on the X360, PS3/4, WiiU and Vita as well Monster Hunter G on Wii is an interesting title, not only being their method of showing off Tri as a pack-in demo but the game itself was updated with QoL changes that matches up to P2G - even huge changes such as giving all the weapons their 2nd gen behavior

2:59 yeah mhg on the wii was released in order to test the servers for tri before its release and so in order to incentivize people to buy mhg for a second or possibly third time they included a demo for tri. its also likely that it was released to try and get new players on board before the third generation kicked off. this collection is so fucking sick man!! i dream of getting them myself one day!

Bro this is also my goal. I have loads of the games and am still missing a few on physical. I have MH1, freedom 1, Gwii, dos, freedom2, freedom unite, tri, 3U on the 3ds, portable 3rd, 4U, stories and world on physical. i do own GU, stories 2 and rise on digital and have no intention on getting them on physical as of right now. i still need 4, MHGps2, generations and XX for the 3ds. i dont intend on going for side games stories and stories 2 are just something that i ended up getting because there cool. I play all the games i have on physical aswell. mostly solo because no freinds but i really enjoy it. currently got p3rd, freedom2 unite and 1 on the choppung block atm, tri and Gii are going to be started soon. I'm also going through 4U atm but ive put that on hold because i got a bit angry at Grank lmao Glad to see other people collect all the games aswell 3U, 4U, 1, Dos, Tri and FU are my favorite games that ive played and having them in my collection is so fun. im going to try have a complete save on all the games or at least as much as i can get completed lol

Awesome 🤩 I'm playing Freedom United at the moment and it's so freaking good man. I'm emulating it off, I don't have such and awesome collection, and I can say that with the high resolution and some filters that game looks like a dream, better than a lot of modern indie games that go for that kind of low poly aesthetic. I'm in love with it at the moment, after that, I'll go for tri U, the game that made me discover the MH franchise, thou I couldn't play it at the time, being a fan of sea monster I remember being fascinated by the old ecology and size comparison videos. Man, the nostalgia this franchise gives me even if I only started playing it as an adult it's hard to explain. Anyway, awesome collection man!

Left 4 dead is no longer available to buy on the Xbox 369 market place your to late physical isn’t dead it’s the Xbox 360 marketplace that’s going away a lot of games are going away but that has nothing to do with physical what you should worry about is what games you can’t buy physical that’s only digital

One of my favorite games on the Wii is Endless Ocean: Blue World. It’s a sequel to Endless Ocean, a game I already liked but Blue World to me was so much better. I used to love discovering new sea creatures and exploring the sea. I thought there won’t probably be another Endless Ocean game after this so I was super happy that there will be a new one for Switch!
