So I did this and now my new drive has the majority of the space “unallocated”. It’s copied my windows files but only exactly 118gb of them; and the rest of the drive is useless. Please, how do I fix this? I don’t have access to discord.

Thank you for this tutorial! Did the WinPE method initially and after restarting was stuck on a black screen. So went through the discord as you had suggested and got it working doing the Hot Migration method. Successfully changed my drive and now it is booting from my new ssd.

Weird, I only have a couple of games with the number listed on them in my Library, and have a bunch of games that are in the video showing numbers, where mine don't, like for instance Valheim on mine doesn't have any numbers listed. Unless I have to have bought 2 copies of it for it to show that there??? That's probably why now that I'm thinking about it... Mind you The Sims isn't listed as not supporting this feature, and I do have it on both accounts, and have separate DLC on each unfortunately, which I wish they could both use, and this game doesn't have 2 licenses showing either...

No idea but I always stay away from cheaper items where data integrity is concerned. Regardless of backups, you don't want drive outages ever.

i wanna double check by questioning you: my goal: i have 128gb SSD Drive-c and 1tb HDD currently ill take out my 1tb HDD and put 512gb SDD(ill now have 128SSD and 512SSD ill follow ur video and migrate the windows from old 128 to new 512 either use the 128 as extra storage or replace with hdd done my questions: is the windows ill be using be genuine ? i mean will it still work as it used to 100% ?? like getting updates and all the facilities that i got when buying the laptop ? will the windows defender work ? what is the CONS of using this version of windows over than previous which is supposed to be the same ?

It didn’t move windows to my other ssd now I’m stuck on bios forever do I need to buy windows again?

weird i just downloaded it on Unraid, and the layout of the settings is completely different. Also by default the template won't work. you need to add "credentials" under "Authentication: Single Sign on authentication providers:"

Is there anything in place with Unraid to put a limit on the hard drives? Example, being people make requests with Overseer and then Radarr, lidarr and so on go and grab the files and put them in the corresponding directories. But what if people keep requesting to the point where you have like 10gb left on your drive. Great video and great work by the way.

since this video came out, even though it has only been three weeks, the unraid template has changed. there's a lot more involved in the installation process but not all are mandatory. i'm unable to get it to work :(
