If you do these things to the A-surface you will not be a long lasting engineer. A big NONO to touch A-styling and make your own surfaces...

Why are you..complicating work this much??? This takes more time and not repeatable for new styles...remove the radius which are creating issue while offseting and create a surface with only base surface without flange areas...they make closebody or thick then sew the radius in A side...after that generate flanges as per interface requirment and union trim it......

I have a doubt !! Can we just mirror the other side of the bumper other than patching both sides ? I heard thats how its done in OEM's. Thank you.
