I can’t figure out if you’re covering your ass or standing with the animators. Which is it? Because the fence is the most uncomfortable place to be.
W Rich!
adam's brand is surface level research to prove an established belief and faux activism. I don't think a twitter hashtag is going to change anything.
W to you
Thank you!

Its just amazing
One of my favorite songs of all time👍Great Job
love it
Awesome, this iconic song from Joe's Garage used to be on a "favorites" cassette I made and I listened to it hundreds of times (as well as dozens of times on the album) reminds me to drag it back out and give it a whirl... WILL make my hair stand up - as usual Onya Ritchie
Beautiful rendition of an all time classic, I'm blown away by your voice Ritchie, almost indistinguishable from Greg's original recording, he lives on in YOU.... Well done to all the band here, sad the acoustic was lost in the mix, the usual "solo" finger picking was lost completely (which I believe was enhanced by the Crimson's mixer during the take) but never mind, awesome anyway guys - thanks, hope you get gigaviews and many GIGS
Dream about some hot chicks next
Damn once “the shape I’m in” came on I had to go to the real thing a ramble.
My favorite song to play acoustically by The Band!
That dude is AWESOME
He looks like Frank Zappa))
Priceless. Thank you!
Pensé que era Frank Zappa , tocando Red

Great music and video to match 👍
Three terrific singers in The Band! I saw them at the Last Waltz in 76
Interesting vibrato w/ no wang bar.
Langweilig
This is almost sad to listen that at the end of his life in 85, it was rick danko who was doing the falsetto on i shall be released ...
When Rick sang "I shall be released" at Richard memorial, he sounded like Richard, not sure because he did deliberately or because he was so broken up.
Was he like"Chef" from Apocolypse Now? A little high strung? Either way, what a singer.
Everyone always said in the end that Richard Manuel had demons, but anyone with common sense would know the stress of getting into show business (this is 1960s we’re talking about). He was a sensitive soul who got hooked on hard drugs, and once people started dropping, he couldn’t handle it all, especially after The Band ended up at a low point where it just wasn’t the same since the The Last Waltz.
@@richiebeans129 It is true that he was broken up when The Band broke up, but it was his alcoholism that made it hard for him to cope. Alcoholism and addictions are progressive, most likely his disease would have progressed even if The Band had stayed together. As it was there were several rough going when they were together. Robbie was always worried about him, Rick although his good friend, got very exsaparated one time after the went to visit him, and he was in extremely bad shape, shaking all over, very wired, he was doing a lot of cocaine trying to get off heroin. Eventually the cocaine binges gave him the DT, Robbie, Levon and Rick went to visit him, and Robbie wrote in his book, seeing Richard in that shape brought tears to his eyes. Before that he had not been able to show up for meetings and rehearsals, Rick and Robbie went to visit him, and they were trying to impress on him he was running out of excuses. As they left Robbie said if we can't come up with songs, we can always write a book of excuses, Rick answered "Yeh, we have 2 chapters already". Robbie wrote in his book how ill equipted they were to deal with that kind of addiction, according to Robbie, we didn't know much about addiction, and since all of us were doing some kind of drugs we were in no position to help Richard. Robbie and Garth however did not do heroin, they other 3 did.
Do it!
3 amazing unique voices in The Band
