"Napaka-pandamay mo naman" very likely be "You really love involving others" or "You're so fond of pulling others into situations" probably because he doesn't want to be involved in what's going on between the lady and the guy. "Damay" could be translated as "involvement," "entanglement," or "being implicated" or "being dragged".

Pandamay is like a sigh in Bisaya. It's an expression if one's distress over something. For example: Pandamay! I'm so tired of your bullsh*t.

Filipino: "Napakapandamay mo naman! Tarantado ka pagkatapos... nakapandamay mo naman eh!" Rough Translation: "You really had to involve me into this! You bastard, then.... you really had to involve me into this auh!" Context: As a servant?, he is frustrated that he is forced to pull the woman out the pool while being aware by the fact the male lead could have prevened the incident if he just didn't ignored the woman. He was like "Eugh! Now I have to deal with this BS!". Rootword: "Damay" = to be involved (in a bad way)

It's funny how many people are saying that the man is speaking gibberish, when it's obvious he's speaking a language and including the fact that it would make no sense to have made one up for such a brief scene. Maybe the caption had some people's expectations a bit off, because in many areas like India people from one region will admit that they don't necessarily understand what someone from another region might be saying even though they are technically speaking the same language.

Visayan here, he basically said the main guy is "dragging him into this mess", hence "pandamay" "tarantado" stems from "taranta" the proper translation eludes me ATM but it basically means "in a hurry", better translated as that moment when your mom shouted your name down the hall while you were doing fuck all but cleaning or studying and you know damn well if she sees your room she'll give you hell for it so you shot off your bed and start speed cleaning
