For me I would like a composting toilet with lots of room for a large individual. I would also have a large indoor and outdoor shower that all operate from the main kitchen sink faucet with on demand hot water to lessen water waste. I would like a large refrigerator/freezer storage capacity for long trips. Also pull out truck bed drawers for "dirty" gear and with an elevated floor there would be room for extra water and fuel storage. I would also like one that utilized more overhead space that folded out over the front of the truck and maybe came to rest on hood mounts allowing for maximum sleeping area and no need to cover the area in the bed of the truck. I would also like fully electric and solar components charging from solar and alternator with powerful enough inverter to operate a/c and convection oven at the same time. I would use a diesel air and water heater plumbed into the extra fuel tank so the only thing you have to fill for your journey is the fuel tank. I would have grey water drain to the ground with extra hose to drain away from the camping area. all these amenities would probably sacrifice room for seating or a dinet but with a covered area that starts clear at the very front of the cab and folds all the way around the rear of the vehicle with attachable bug netting would provide plenty of covered seating area. I also have an Idea for a large door swing that would attach to the rear bumper/frame area with a built in kitchen and outside shower area if you are interested in hearing about it let me know!
Thanks for sharing 👍👍
Is there room for the dogs bed and a buddy heater. ?
Looks really great!
Nice design but the price Is too High
No room to store stuff
How much you make like that
You guys are so smart.
Modify the design so you can keep your bed set up, blankets and pillows included. A major over site going back to the Alaskan from the 1950’s to current and all pop up trailers. Ug!
❤❤❤
For that price you can buy a new car in INDIA😅
I like the camper I like the side access door Fits well on an Access Cab long box - that would be my choice Tail gate delete is great Barn doors are nice - I would rather have 1 larger door (at least 3 feet wide)much like the Alu Cab Canopy camper. In this kind of camper one foot on the outer edges of the camper does not really need immediate access via a door. I like the simple one action one handed door. I would prefer the bed to be on a hinge where you just lift it up with "ALL" the bedding in place - ready for sleep when you lower it and not having to make the bed.. (again - a la ACCC)
Great design, but the cost is ridiculous! 16k to start, before addon pricing for; two doors, windows, etc. This can easily be 30k
what did you use to lift it? is it electric?
Very cool. The wife and myself are still consider the best option for our full-size rear wheel drive Nissan Titan.
This looks like a Chinese knock off in breach of your patent: th-cam.com/video/2KUIjAxLiq8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=dPlQI9wBLblHdyFY
Any retailers in Europe?
That's the perfect Solution! Would like to find that in europe!
Greetings Kingman Queen Diva after looking at possibilities of being adaptive conversion for like alui cab topper camper. This would be an aftermarket branch of your co. RASPECT!!
Das Dach ist die zweitbeste Idee die ich kenne. Habe mir auch schon ein Modell so gebaut. Eine Wand rund um und dicht. Die kann man auch bei Regen öffnen. Toll gemacht 🙂
Would it be possible to make something like this for a school bus roof? Im talking 6' ceiling height. I want to do a bus conversion some day with the top being half deck/roof rack and the other half being a pop up like youve designed
Can you also make this for a Toyota Hilux double cab?
Super nice campers. Wish I had 20k to spend.
If I could fit an atv, I'd be sold.(tundra)
have you tried a wind tunnel to see just how much wind the pop top can withstand
Hi. I much prefer this to a soft top. Can you put this on a Dodge Grand Caravan?
Can I get one for an 8 Foot bed truck?
Looks good, what is the price for basic model?
great(!) work and ideas. Respect guys. Just a little tip: add more windows. You want it to feel like an amazing, luxurious camping vechicle, not a confined motorhome attempt.
Nice job bro
The origami camper! Really like this design and with the fold up interior-Genius!
What's the price range that's what I want to know the price cause? I'm not paying no four thousand dollars to help with that b*******
Really nice. The side panel flipping up is great, it would have to be screened.
very good your videos. I'm building a camper and the information is very important.
My first impression is this is fantastic. Lightweight, durable, hard side pop-top with all the inner workings set up in lightweight, smart, removable, adaptable way. Propane on the outside. Big doors instead of tailgate. Easy to lift pop-top. Everything on that list seems so desirable and practical to me I dont know why a zillion companies aren't making all that (unless they are and I've never heard of them). My constructive criticism ideas: * Could there be a way to completely cover the back window glass from outside as well when desired such as during a big storm where best to not be by glass that can break? * Is there a way to have all those outer window covers slide or fold out of the way when desired for great views? * Good quality bug screens for all the windows would be excellent too. * Being able to climb from inside from bed to cab would greatly raise safety, stealth, convenience, warmth. Though guess that'd involve cutting part of truck away or adding rv door to truck or something. I havebt researched that topic enough yet so don't know. * Covering those outer propane things with same color material as the camper would I think look better and be even more secure. * Do back doors lock securely or could that be added? * Is this ventilated enough? Is a ceiling fan possible? * Indoor and outdoor shower options (I'm a fan of private wet bath stall even if it needs to be set up each time and is simple) would be fantastic even if people didnt need them on regular basis. * Didn't catch if stove or sink or even oven can be incorporated. * I didn't catch if comes with toilet. Im a fan of oeople picking their own toilet cause there are pros and cons to each kind such as many people may want waterless toilet. * Back awning option could be awesome. * Outdoor table/chairs could be bought at stores easily but you all could also offer your own. * Insulation is so important. How well insulated is this? * What are all the materials? I havent looked for a website yet so maybe theres already a FAQ answering this stuff. Keep up the great work and thank you!
Oh also wondering if 1-2 bike racks can fit on here
Very awesome.
We’ll done! What great designs, you’ve spent quite the time on each segment of the build out. Enjoy!
WhT is the price and options
Awesome looking product! I wonder how it would be in snowy conditions when you have snow on the top and if it's still easy to come down or go up... or when it folds away and snow or rain that's stuck/ left on the side of still there...
Your design and set up is brilliant guys, I believe your builds will be increadably popular as it is not a one size fits all. It will, I am sure, appeal to first time outdoor people who do not want to go with expensive "off the shelf" camper options. Well done guys hoping for your great success Regards from South Africa
What about recreating the Apache design for regular pop-ups I've been trying to do it and cannot figure it out hard sided pop-ups that fully fold be everything cuz the old ones very rarely have a bathroom and the palomino hard sides pop ups sometimes have a bathroom but they have canvas bedroom still
Like living in a shoe box NOT
Hows the shop move going.
For a base price of $15k, I hope y'all have financing partners. Not saying it's not worth the price, but a steep ask for most prospective customers to pay upfront.
I'd love one. Is it possible to make add a pass through into the cab?
How about exports to Australia ? 🇦🇺
super idee
no link to a website and no response to comments. Duh.
Need this in India for my Hilux
