Whenever I get attacked by wolves I always name the pack leaders, then go straight for them. I never let them leave, if they’re there. The only way they’ll leave is if I don’t feel like it. I normally kill them, heck last time (straight after my pups grew to young hunters) I was attacked by a leader and his pack and I didn’t leave a single one. I killed them all. It was depressingly easy.

I have had similar struggles with health on my runt. Relying on your pack is kinda needed if you are to heal. Saga is a different beast. Youve got this though

Just a small tip playing and socializing with your pups helps the exp go up so try that so that in young hunters you won't have to be starting at a very low exp and have to hunt and fight a lot. Also the pups can hunt the toads and voles and eat them but it doesn't really help with hunger muchbut it does help with exp I think. (But you can't hunt the voles and toads or any of those small critters)

Maybe try updating the difficulty to easy? The difference between easy and challenging is a lot

I found that in my game, my younger pups learning to hunt only join in if they see YOU join in. Just my experience.

if there's a wolf attack during young hunters you can just run away and you won't lose any hexes like in invasions! (at least that has worked for me so far)

In my games, a full grown cow elk will feed a pack of 14/15 very hungry wolves, and probably more.

Oh also you can sleep when your pack mates are out however it’s not guaranteed that they will get food because they only hunt if THEY them selves are hungry which is not that good since you know the pups will be dying of hunger. Ps. LOVE YOUR VIDS it gives me a reason to get up in the morning lol

Congrats on 1,000 followers and I am so sorry about Duck. When I play, I get too attached to pups if I name them too early so I dont name them until they have survived their first hunt AND first rival wolf pack attack and then I feel like they earned their names and are more likely to survive
