As far as names, my first thought is something very formal like Elizabeth or like Grace that the character wishes they were more like their name sounds or that their response to not being graceful/elegant is that they are cheerful and have grace in the way they handle their weaknesses.

I'm so happy that the Library panel went so well! What a joy that the dot system is helping so much. Even as you were talking about it I could see where I was at over the last couple of days and how that plays into it. I think you are going to blow these challenges out of the water! As far as names, I will have to think about that. When I am in the moment it is hard to come up with things.

A while back I read a mystery series by Diane Vallere with a Doris Day theme. It isn't christian and there is kissing/steaminess but each book is named after a Doris Day film. The lead character is a lady who owns a MCM thrift shop/design business. She is fun and describes her vintage clothes, refurbished furniture/decor, and how she handles her recovering knee; all things I love/relate to. 😂 I'm not sure if I ever finished the series but I believe the 1st book is "pillow stalked"

We totally love the same series! Angie Fox's SGH is an insta buy, ebook and audio. Miss Fortune is also a must have. You might also enjoy Bobbi Holmes' Haunting Danielle and Danielle Garrett's Beechwood Harbor Ghost Mysteries. Both are on audio.

I love Jessie Gussman's books and they are available on Say with Jay on TH-cam. She writes mostly Christian romance, some with suspense but also a romcom series set in Good Grief, Idaho. Lynnette Bonner's Wyldhaven series are historical romance with suspense. I have mostly been reading ebooks of my cozy books lately. You might check out Lorana Hoopes who narrates her own books, many of them suspense and narrates for others as well.
