Apparently if you have to pee really badly shortly after drinking coffee -it’s your body trying to get moldy coffee out fast. 😳 Both of my teens just told me it’s not appropriate to talk about pee in my comments 🤣🤣. I feel like we are having a week of Thanksgiving! My in-laws are coming for the week and I’m so excited! I’ve been shopping for a couple weeks now! We make pretty traditional sides. Nothing crazy.

It’s super simple and so good: You can use any kind of bite sized chicken- cubed, shredded, use a roast chicken, canned chicken-whatever. Boil chicken in 4 cups of water if it’s uncooked. If it’s already cooked go ahead and add water and a family size cream of chicken soup. You can add a can of carrots and peas if you’d like. Put that in your casserole dish. Line the top with either frozen biscuits or canned biscuits. Put it in the oven at 350 until the biscuits are cooked. Warm yummy- everyone here loves it and I have a house full of tiny food critics 😂🙂.

Yay! You’re doing such a fabulous job! I can’t believe they are doing college classes! How do I get started with that?!? Yes teenagers are fun… 😂 Mrs. 15’s attitude is starting to change again and I’m trying to just manage. I’m not sorry she is the last. Do you do daily exercise for PE? I’m sure those kids get plenty of exercise on your farm!! TFS

@@mandiesplace my eldest turns 15 soon! I’m taking all attitudes with a grain of salt and pouring a lot of love on it. We don’t currently have “PE”. However, I would like to add a morning walk and some stretches in there- that’s my ideal situation. The littles run around constantly. 😂 I’ll get you some information on the college soon - I’m currently speaking to them about a promotional code.

@@miss.baptist394 The spending fun time together as a family. The kids are educated and know the pitfalls. That same logic can be applied to almost all television, most corporations and make shopping at any store or business near impossible.

I actually never watch secular news. I needed to get one extra pack of toilet paper because people were wiping it out (whether that’s silly or not, they were)& I currently have 10 people in my household. I think people miss that part- 10 is a lot to care for & things run out quickly. I’ll need to shop again in 2 weeks. It was wisdom to have an extra 2 weeks of supplies for my family right now. Stores here are still wiped out. This won’t be the last crazy time either im sure. I’m always trying to prepare for the “next crazy time”. I felt it would end soon- but you can’t rely on a “probably”. I hope that makes sense! Take care & thank you for your comment!

@@LizWatts-o1o I never understand why people go for the toilet paper. Given the situation though, I definitely felt the need to buy an extra pack for my current household of 10. This is why I always talking about small consistent preparedness- so that in times of trouble there isn’t a need to hoard or be concerned.

@@GraceFilledFarm A lot of what you said makes sense! I’m just confused if someone is consistently doing small preparedness the need to spend that much money doesn’t make sense to me.

@@LizWatts-o1o I spend over a thousand dollars every 2 weeks to feed my household. 2000 is me doing one extra shop. 4 small children , 2 teens & 4 adults are currently in my house. It’s amazing how fast things go here! With perhaps rising prices and iffy happenings around this election period, I felt I needed to do an extra shop this time. My gradual preparedness usually includes things like oatmeal or pasta- this was one extra full shop. I hope that makes sense! I also believe if things went truly bad, that I’d be feeding an elderly neighbor or two. Thank you for your comment.

@@TracyannBoyle-wm2zo I think the key is to continually try to buy a few extra cans here and there. That’s what I usually try to do. Every shop I’m buying some extra pasta or such since we live in these times. However, yes! Very difficult. I always assume that if times truly got hard I’d be feeding some neighbors as well. God takes care of us & He only expects you to do what you can. He fills in all of our gaps ❤️
