    I have severe flexor spasms. 20 years. They're ruining my life. The Mayo clinic won't take me. I'm now going to universities to get help. These happen everytime I eat. Nobody can tell me why or how to treat them. I need help badly.

    Hey buddy ! Where did you got that purple antidecubit silicone and what's that thing you've used to attach it to the backrest ? I bought something similar from Amazon, but compared with your purple one, mine it's bigger and heavier. I've tested it inside his original cover for few minutes and indeed, eliminate my pain and bad position. Just need to figure out the best way to attach it. ✌️

    Very clear and useful exercises for understanding how your shoulders connect with your core. Exercises good for people without SCI also!!
