I will be honest Sauron is a commander that I have not really had a chance to play in person, on arena the lines that were always impressive were the ones that included gray merchant and panharmonicon, the angel seems especially cool here, I wonder if retooling it I could include your death choices too, is that generally your team up with those 3 cards?

@titanovixdecktechmtg Yes, rssentially those are the big three. They all synergize with your commander really well. Konrad likes to see creatures enter or leave the yard. Exiling a creature from the yard trìggers him. The bats love the tokens you make. The angel helps get things in the yard. Id would siggest three sac outlets. Lord of the Forsaken is a demon (for your sub theme) that for 1 black you sac a creature and target player mills three. That helps you fill the tard but also helps the triggers for things getting sac'd. Also Viscera seer a free sac outlet that lets you scry 1 per sac that also goes super well with t he citadel and woesteider (another free sac outlet). Thats all id change. The deck is great, but if you want fo include those three youll wanna be able to have multiple reliable sac outlets. One you want the pings from Konrad, but if you havent made Sauron your ringbearer those wraiths will exile (not die) so you could sac the tokens to trigger Konrad/bats. Konrad will also love all the forced sacrifice youre having the other players do. Oh, and sometimes you might be about to take a big hit from a green or gruel player and you dont wanna mill that much to the angel or she maybe setved her purpose for the moment youll wann be able to sac her. Shell be in the yard later for Sauron that way. I havent been able toplay with the flip Sheoldred, but i have Whispering One in my deck to help with killing things for each oppenent and a ressurection for me on upkeep. Just a thought. Yup, I have built it each way too, endless fun here. Finally decided to put it together after a few cool stax card discoveries along the way.

Yo Christian! I trimmed it up a bit, could not fit in bolt, but got the list much more low in mana curve, vexing bauble is a good choice as we can turn that thing off and sac when we need to, let me know what you think, cheers

Underworld breach, grinding station, lions eye (lions eye can push mana and enable card advantage while in breach) the graveyard enablers such as wheels, ox, phyrexian dragon engine can help find reservoir, reckless fire weaver, or altar of the brood, for good measure mystical forge and experimental frenzy along with sensei and artifact reducers for redundant and free casts and meet criteria for lethal fireweaver damage; altar for mill, and reservoir for life and damage. Key cards like the sarinth steal seeker and drc can really help us from bricking on lands.

Also, Guttural Response is a gruul counter against blue

Oh yes that is my primary way too, my favorite iteration is dragon tribal as she is just such a great engine with urzas incubator and heralds horn.

That is true to an extent, you do get 5 colors and last sliver is likely the alternative here for brawl, most mutate creatures that are 5 cmc and above have 3 colored pips in there symbols to trigger Omnath, I like the extra cards too.

Ahhh that’s sweet, the fact that most my cards did match up with some established lists was reassuring though, this commander really is a players card through and through.

Yo Max, I totally get that, I think once I get comfortable with the artifact mass, such as the dragon that has affinity, I would be curious to put even more artifacts onto the battlefield and rewarded for it, any blood cards you like in particular here? I will definitely slot it in for a bomat or something :)

Easy win, that was a hard fought battle too, I looked back and was like, ummm what were you doing ?!

There are a variety of ways, and there really is no non combos here, however let’s take rankle, you would have to have your vehicle crewed upon doing the combat damage and having rankles triggers go, otherwise the vehicle would be off to the side and only considered an artifact and not an artifact creature, once we crew it is an artifact creature, regardless it will pop back if summoned by greasefang, you can respond to the pop back with cards like braids which also have end step sacrifice triggers, and have it go back to the gy and get value from braids.

Glad I can help, I do like this iteration a lot, of course I really don’t think you can go wrong as long as you are running entomb/sacrifice effects, and having a way to efficiently repeat the process through cards like putrid imp, guardian of new benalia, etc. there is a lot of support and variety for this commander in particular.

@@KevinThompson-u5r I am not the best source of financial advice, but your are already ahead if that is your thing :) investing is the way so whether it is in a retirement fund, or open market fund that is always a good start.
