Welcome to Billie Holman Creations, “Recycled & Renewed”. I hope to show you a part of my creative world that includes bone and antler carving, painting, decoupage, wood burning, resin and more. I have always been creative and consider it my healthy therapy. Most of my artwork revolves around nature with lots of birds and flowers. My new interest is resin. I absolutely love it. Resin is the majority of what my videos are about. I am constantly learning so much.
I feel very strong about recycling and reusing materials at hand. "Don't throw that away I can make something with that!" My intent is to present my viewers with easy, step by step instructions to help them with their own creativity and DIY projects.

I use a silicone wisk to break up lumps and mix the resincrete storing slowly and thoroughly.
Sorry that you pot broke, you could have added the top back into the mold and put resin in to fill the bottom, like some artist have done with bowls. Hi Annie, she had to get her screen time in too🤣 I have always remember the colors of the rainbow as ROYGBIV (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet), hopefully that will help ya. Maybe the bouncing up and down on the table created cracks in the ResinCrete? Love how you fixed them with the glitter and cork bottoms.😍-Beverly

I love these but I would have trashed them i just don’t think that fast to figure out whether I can fix them. Eco pour is not for me. No patience hugs and love
I just love how everything came out, beautiful colors! Snail is my favorite! Sorry you had so much problems getting them out of the molds though, they turned out really cute in the end. A few tips: Don't use a metal bowl! Only plastic or silicone bowls. Wipe off bowls and tools with a paper towel or wet wipe, don't wash in your sink, the stuff can stop up your plumbing pipes.

Hope you’re having a wonderful time! I’ve seen a couple of people do those molds, and they turned out pretty much the same as yours. I think you’re on the right track with the topcoat idea. Since they are matte, the colors just don’t pop. One of the ladies I watched put Uv resin on the top, and they looked much better. PS - it’s ok to be thrifty with your supplies; this is an expensive craft!

Thank you Ms. Wanda, I love you too. I am on holiday going across Canada to my home town. I want to visit my Nana's gravesite. It is on my bucket list. I had a lovely visit with my auntie Anne yesterday who is 97 years old. It was truly a blessed day. I haven't felt that happy in such a very long time. I will be home by the 1st of August.
