good game, but it is sometimes hard to tell what unit is attacking and who is rolling. a laser pointer to point out the units and different color dice for attacking and defending would probably fix that. But great game guys!

I love watching battlereports on TH-cam, but some of the channels kidt aren't that entertaining, or skip over too much stuff. You guys have a great mix of personality and showing just enough of what we want to see, keep it up! And I forget the names, but I'm now rooting for the guy that never wins, I love an underdog 🤣

Stunning armies. Isn't deepstrike a decent delivery system for the Dark Angels (say for 2 terminator units), gets them up the board and in charge range on turn 2 ?

Perspective on Lord Solar at 2:18; I think it's reductive to look at him as an overpowered 125 point model, the reason being that he isn't a 125 point chunk of a list, but actually an at minimum 240-250 points chunk, depending on configuration. To make Lord Solar into the truly cracked support piece he is (and to make sure he isn't just killed immediately) you kind of have a built in requirement of giving him the range to give out his orders by attaching a command squad w/ master vox and a battleline infantry squad to glue the whole assembly together. The minimum of 240 points in a Solar+CS+10 catachans configuration is much more in line with the cost to ability range you'd see in other single model or unit+leader configurations in other armies at that 240 point mark, which makes calling for a points nerf on him a tough sell without also calling for a points drop on command squads and other HQ units imo. Thanks for the battle report, I enjoyed seeing those nicely painted models!

Tau Can't afford to bring sloppy lists like this, they can't just data sheet up. Tau really have to do more with less, and you really put yourself behind the 8 ball.
