Stupid Car Almost Get In Head On With Big Rig
***After the near miss in the first minute the video continues for several minutes. This is because the dash cam records in 3:50 segments.*** The video was recorded on my handy dandy Garmin DashCam 20. The car was following me for about 8 to 10 miles before passing. This was on US 30 in Wyoming, a two lane highway. At the location the car passed me the road opened up to three lanes with one lane in my direction (downhill) and two in the other direction (uphill). The car legally used the passing lane, but was still passing when the third lane ended and it went back to two lanes just as the big truck was coming at him. However, the speed limit was 70 MPH, although I picked up a few MPH because I was going down hill. Regardless, I was not traveling under the speed limit and it was not legal for the car pass. Yet so many people still blame big trucks for everything, calling for more regulations and laws that will require all trucks to be governed for 65MPH and stricter Hours of Service and other regulations. TRUTH BE TOLD: more often than not it's the cars and light trucks are out of control, not the big trucks.

WATCH IN 1080p! Construction crews made the lanes on this overpass dangerously narrow and didn't post any signs indicating narrow lanes or truck restrictions. More bad drivers, incidentals, and other crazy crap. It's a short video because I've been having trouble with my power inverter so I haven't been making many videos lately. Here is some older footage from July and August 2011 before the inverter went out completely. I bought a new inverter and will have the camera rolling all November and I will post a full length video early December.

So basically the school bus driver had a stop sign with flashing lights, Eclipse driver pass the dashcammer and runs the stop sign. Hope this helps!

I wonder how many times you get cut-off, almost into a reck, and get yelled at
First off I see a problem stopping almost in the intersection is an automatic ticket.. Cops can stop you and ticket you for failing to stop behind the white line.. Even if your stuck in the middle of an intersection on a green light blocking cross street traffic like New York city. Its illegal in all 50 states for any driver even cyclist that not Police to Block any driveway or intersection. The only reason a person can block the driveway is if they were involved an accident or giving a police report.
And the problem is those Californians come to my state to live.

Regarding the first clip. I am curious, why vehicles have to stop when the lights a flashing on the school bus? Is it just at the schools or anywhere they stop? Is there a specific distance you have to stop from them if it is anywhere they stop?
