looks like standard driving in Southern Ontario Canada, I would expect another car to muscle into that gap, then flash lights at truck, then honk..... then wave and smile with a thank you and of course a Canadian "Sorry" :)

doesn't any read the manual, 1999 to 2003 the two notches on the friction disc match to the two dimples on the basket, but from 2004 and on the SINGLE notch on the friction disc gets matched to the two dimples on the basket also the oem pressure plate has dot to match up

Nice. Good vid. I did my G2c with flat OD Green model paint. The effect takes a great little gun and makes it look sharp. Getting an OD Green grip sleeve to finish it off.

I have a 2004 Yamaha roadstar 1700cc midnight star it came with a aftermarket straight pipe sounds awesome but I dont know the brand and it boggs out when I whip the throttle or sometimes shuts off do I need to jet it and what do I look for

Great video thanks for sharing no need to remove the foot board then. Did you unplug the stand sensor? One other thing when removing the bolts to the cover did you have to do it in any order they suggest in the manual to do it in a crisscross manner is this correct or necessary

I done all the work on my video, yet my son Rocky Ramirez edited the video, and put it on U-Tube for me as he's the computer guy, I'm just an old bike guy. Your work is great, and hey I liked the Music! It to drives me nuts, yet in a good way! Perhaps we can touch base sometime, talk shop, and to you and the 35,000+ viewers who saw my video, that was my first attempt to do the clutch conversion, yet I had mostly great reviews, and of course there's always the Buttheads, yet it came out sweet!

Thanks Jerry for posting the video. Today, my front tire was flat. So I have two options. 1. Pump the tire up, ride the bike to a shop while the tire deflates on journey along with the drama of having someone to drive me home. Plus be on a waiting list to get it fixed. 2. Watch your video, remove the rim myself and save money, time and drama. I pick option #2 along with a beer to prevent dehydration.

That was a serious accident. Glad you pulled through. Riding is not for the faint of heart.

I did round off the edges inside, as stated in the video I said that not all aspects of porting a manifold were represented, (or some thing along those lines) thanks for watching. I guess I should have explained that part. My bad.

You need to round off the sharp edges inside where the main tube splits off to the two cylinders. Rounding this edge off increases air flow while reducing turbulence, which increases horsepower. It will make a noticeable difference in performance.
