We went in early to June to kick off summer. Everything was very green and lush. I highly recommend

Utah has some beautiful rock formations. I’ve been to the Mighty 5 National Parks out there. Super adventurous but there something special about Wisconsin that feels like home.

Trust me the winters are bleh over in WI. Cold, dry, wasteland looking landscape and not much besides the Dells and other rare exceptions (Brew Crew and Packers are fun to watch),

@TornadoTrick lol I know I use to live in the Appleton, kaukauna area. Don't miss the 6 feet of snow every winter but I miss the warm Summer nights with the frogs croaking and the fire flys blinking

@@EpicAdventureGuy1 Along the Kinnikinick River in Pierce county there are a couple. There are no fences or anything, you can climb in and on them if you want. River Falls put up some information placards by them in the 2020s.

I appreciate your concern for the fertilized salmon eggs but Coho salmon do not naturally reproduce in the Lake Michigan tributaries of Wisconsin. Instead, they are stocked to maintain salmon fishing in the lake.

It was still a fun adventure and cool to experience. The salmon run happened much earlier this year than normal

You’re right away the fact that salmon don’t eat during the runs since their digestive system shuts down when they are spawning. But rather out of instinct they may strike something in the water…spinner, spawn sac, etc. I read that they can be more aggressive on their strikes post spawn.

Acadia National Park is very beautiful in the summer. I think you probably experienced the most beautiful time seeing all the Fall Colors in October. My wife and I love being by the ocean and we found some info on tidepooling spots from the NPS website.

I’m glad this video was helpful for you. They are really nice cabins with ocean views but I wish we would have known more info before we went. Sleeping on the bed with no mattress was very uncomfortable. The electricity was great for being able to charge our phones and other devices. Have a great time.
